I guess President Jonathan is a military expert with security background for him to be given security briefings? OR was GEJ also locked out of security meetings? This so called expert that wrote this piece is pathetic. This is not true. PYO was engaged with other matters at the periods of the security meetings. He will attend the next one just to silence some archaic brains |

please lets hear yours. |
These are leadership lessons i was able to pick from the outgoing president. I think it will also help someone here. LEADERSHIP LESSONS I LEARNT FROM PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN 1. Always state your goals clearly with no ambiguity from the beginning. If not people will create goals for you and judge you by goals created for you. 2. Surround yourself with people who are loyal to your country (cause) and not just you. This way they will not be sycophants. 3. Take time to study and know things not just about you but also around you. You need to know your turf very well. 4. Don’t be slow in taking a decision even if it has to be instant. It is better to make a wrong decision than none at all. 5. Be in firm control of your home. Your wife needs to know she is to complement you and not compete with you. 6. Never blame anyone for your failures. Take responsibility for it and for those working for you. It provides opportunity for mastery 7. Never praise only yourself for your successes. People will no longer go out of their way to aid your success. 8. Money is not everything. People will desert you when you are broke or no longer in power if money is all that you give to them. 9. Don’t always think people are against you. You can shut anyone up with results. 10. Never ever try to please everyone, you cannot and that’s a recipe for failure. 11. Give a damn about everything that concerns your sphere of influence or your sphere of influence will not give any damn about you. 12. Choose your battles wisely. Delegate the non serious ones. 13. Don’t wait until the last minute before choose to achieve or make a difference. It may make no difference. 14. Keep other leaders close to you. Listen to them but screen all they say with the lens of patriotism. - Hillsate, May 2015. |
Dear Nigerians, This is the explanation NNPC gave for the missing $20b. Even a kindergarten will not fall for this.
|
Routine consultation ke. Is this the first time that the ambassador is called for 'routine consultation'? of course not! Did SA ever react on his 'routine consultation' in Nigeria? of course not! I put it to you that he was not called for routine consultation. The annoying part is the Govt making it worse by lying. It is bad for citizens to lie but it is even worse for the representative of the citizens to lie. PLEASE WHO HAS DIGESTED THE RELEASED PWC REPORT? |
Ayo fayose is not a fool. He knows his days are numbered as Gov. I have never seen anyone celebrating victory over perceived enemies yet craving their forgiveness. Dear Gov Ayo Fayose, Buhari never enter you don dey beg for forgiveness. I gave good news for you. After May 29th, the courts will be really independent without bias. If your hands are clean of any allegation then keep smiling for no one can do you injustice BUT bros, if your hands no clean, no Jupiter can save you because the allegations on you has already impeached God in your case. |
Dear PDP, Nigerians are wiser now. So you guys want to plant a mole in Buhari's government by trying to present IGP as someone who was neutral. Sorry, the craft is dead on arrival. IGP is highly partisan, need I to remind you of the security aids of political office holders that were withdrawn because they were perceived to be anti PDP? Abegi! All service chiefs are going. |
chuna1985:Guy, I initially thought you were naive but now I know you are in addition a quack in the knowledge on corruption. I just spent 5 minutes trying to understand what you wrote you make no sense. For starters, get a good dictionary and locate the meaning of corruption. Then go to ICPC website and read about corruption. Come back then we discuss. Thank me later. |
illuminaty:You too were short changed cos I know of peeps who got N41,500 |
chuna1985:For starters, am glad you are laughing. Nigerians have been deprived of laughter that they are almost thinking its normal. 1. When Obasanjo was president cum minister of petroleum, was he going for field work? Did we experience the kind of corruption GEJ's government perpetrated? 2. I am shocked that you are positing that our problem is not corruption. Do you really understand what corruption is? What then is our problem? 3. By asking me if I have any link in or have worked in NNPC before means that you have link and or work in NNPC. This explains why you do not see the issues as corruption. You are part of the system. 4. Guy, at the end of 6 months of GMB administration i'll like to have your honest review, precisely Dec 2015. |
idris93:In 9ice's voice "You will bounce back, outta naija, outta naija" |
chuna1985:And you think GMB will put any crass there for the inspectorate. What do you think of Ribadu heading the inspectorate? You think he will be after bribe? Nigeria is in her best seasons right now to upturn all the systems. Why didnt Jonathan simply implement all these? By the time the genuine NNPC report comes out under GMB, we will have to redefine that being a hero is beyond conceding defeat (which anyone can do). GEJ and GMB only have one thing in common, the Letter G. While the 'G' in Buhari was attained by discipline, purposefulness, dedication, loyalty and focus, the 'G' in Jonathan has no criteria. , |
lalasticlala:what do we need above foot soldiers for. This list cannot be complete without these two 1. Diezani Allison Madueke - Minister of petroleum resources and other sources 2. Patience Faka Goodluck - Senior Co-president (by function) to Goodluck Jonathan (Co-president by name) #bringbackDiezani&Patience |
clevvermind:Buhari is not a weakling. You guys better behave. It was corruption that led to your agitation, where you had to deal directly with the presidency. Your leaders were corrupt that's why. Derivation funds were pocketed and diverted by your leaders. You were able to access weapons because of corruption in the system. Most of your fighters were underpaid soldiers due to corruption. We will be clearing that corruption and your derivation funds will be used for the right purposes. There will be no need for amnesty program. You guys should better get ready to behave of you face the force of our collective will. Be warned. |
Barrister Solomon Lalung of the All Progressives Congress in Plateau state is leading in the statewide election results independently collated and obtained by SaharaReporters. Mr. Lalung is leading his closest rival with at least 50,000 based on 95% of results so far released by INEC. http://saharareporters.com/2015/04/12/simon-lalung-apc-leading-plateau-state |
@OP, when Sanusi said $20bn is missing, It wasnt a case of "lost but found" where your N50 fell down and somebody helped you find it under your bed. Did they write "missing $20bn on the notes? Please stop spreading foolishness. |
Femi Aribisala is trying to finish his contract with PDP which ends by May 28th then he lobby's for another contract with the government in power. Unfortunately for him APC will not be needing sycophants to convince the world of their achievements. |
Please can we have the pictures of his pharmacy? |
Guys, put your argument to rest. The ministry of petroleum will function directly under the president, while power will be directly under the Vice president. We are no longer just concerned about qualification or experience. If your character is questionable you have no place under place in this government. |
It was built by an individual and given to the police to help protect his hotel built near it. |
What if INEC's boss Jega tell us later today that General Buhari's Victory is simply April fool's day prank by the commission. What will be your response? |
theorbiters:GMB already has 25% in over 24 states! |
samm:welldone! Would have been more nice if it shows percentage of votes won for States lost. |
dotcomnamename:how many accredited voters do we have in EDO and DELTA? even if PDP cleared all. |
PDP!!!!!! response: People don collect their power! |
tandoe:The God of Goodluck told Goodluck what would be since February 14th. But Goodluck thought he could change the mind of the God of Goodluck in 6 weeks. But like the law of median and persia "what is written, is written" |
simple answer to what CAN is asking for. If you are twenty in your family and took vote on something conducted by your dad assisted by mum. if 18 of you voted A while 2 voted B and dad announces A as winner, will there be trouble? If B are not happy with the result, how much trouble can they cause against the 18? Trouble will only be when your dad connives with those that voted B and declared B winner. Is CAN privy to some information we don't have? |
Mrfemi1:Please what newspaper was Reuben Abati working for before he was employed by Goodluck Jonathan? |
Seriously, with all the commissioning of power stations nation wide by GEJ, how come power is not improving. |
