As for your question, TBH its almost impossible but there is always a chance. IOW, shoot your shot, you shouldn't place too much hope in it. I know a couple of schools where you can get good funds but full ride? Hayir. Just keep researching, there are loads of 'ridiculous" opportunities out there.

The examination registration number is on the certificate, It clearly starts with 9 and ends with 002, check well 'cos I don't know what you are whining about.

Buhari might be a fraud, but the amount of rubbish I've read from doubters about the certificate saga is too much. Some are even claiming he wrote the exam when he was 10.
