PoliticsRe: Buhari Statements Are Demarketing Nigeria - PDP by hinwazaka: 2:57pm On Nov 01, 2015
Only a stup1d salesman will start advertising a product with the words " THE PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD, BUT PLEASE PAY ME A FEE TO IMPROVE ON IT". The level of stup1dity and crass ignorance displayed by the President in all spheres of governance, especially Finance and Trade is amazing and an indication of inevitable financial collapse. May God help us.

Fashola as a trained lawyer with the first hand experience the former governor of Lagos state auto positioned him for that position consider several alternatives he proffered to solving the problem in Lagos. Buhari should ensure any over inflation of contract is checkmated, after all his job is not to go n sleep in Aso Rock.

And some of you Nigerians continue to show that the PDP has totally screwed up your thinking with how you talk of "juicy" to describe sectors politically sophisticated folks worldwide can only view as critical to the progress of their nation. It is obvious if you get to a "juicy" position you will likely milk it dry for your kinsmen , minions and associates as the likes of Allison-Madueke did. My guy, even you will no longer be talking of "juicy" anything by this time next year because it will be an unpatriotic, shameful and self - serving way of thinking that died with the PDP. Juicy ko na tasty ni.
Mr Politician wannabe, you are back. How far with your political ambition. Has the APC not delivered on their promise yet.

Bro, some fail to understand that things have changed. I prefer to say they are still drunk on PDP wine. People should make no mistake about the reality that this is a totally different government that will seek to do things as they should be done.

Buhari is an old man, with limited time, who wants to leave a legacy of setting his beloved country on the path of progress . It is the critical sectors that will directly help him achieve success. Those in charge of those sectors, unlike what obtained under the PDP, will be under the greatest scrutiny and pressure. They MUST deliver because things are no longer business as usual.
They must deliver, abi. Can an antelope haunt and kill an elephant. Don't worry, Lai Mohammed will give you their propaganda success.

Defence, minister of the FCT and Minister for national planning are equally as lucrative as petroleum, and are actually more powerful. In addition, they come without the unnecessary spotlight and stress.

Reclaiming the Nigeria Dream... I've spoken to a lot of people in different parts of the country, I have addressed various groups and sub groups, and one of the most frequently asked questions is... How can we make our nation better, what can we do? The answer I always give them is; You be an agent of positive change. The issue before us right now isn't about North vs South or Hausas vs Igbos, Yorubas vs the South South. The Issue is bigger than that... It's about our past vs our future. It's about where we are coming from vs where we are going to. Let's see ourselves as brothers and not two distant strangers. We can reclaim the Nigeria Dream. God bless Nigeria.

Then why didn't you claim he would be awarded that portfolio. Now you want to console yourself. Accept it as your quantum of solace. With him as the minister for power, he will fail with flying colours. His only achievement will be the over-inflated awarding of contracts for the construction and rehabilitation of power plants and also the overbloated commission for the creation of a new website for the ministry of power, Awon Ole!
PoliticsRe: BREAKING NEWS: Ministrial Positions Are Out. by hinwazaka: 1:01pm On Nov 01, 2015
Despite my reservations for jumping at unverified scoops, I would say this list represents the most likely distribution of portfolios to the ministerial nominees. The list goes in line with this administration's 97% and 5% arrangement. All the juicy portfilios have been awarded to Northerners. But the only bone I would pick with it is due to the President's recent revelation of decreasing the amount of Ministers with portfolios.

PS: I thought APC fanatics claimed Fashola would be appointed as the Minister for the FCT. He wasn't even made the Minister for FCT(state).
PoliticsFG: Nigeria Not Delisted From Transit Cargo List by hinwazaka(op): 12:47pm On Nov 01, 2015
The Executive secretary of the Nigerian shippers council, Mr Hassan Bello, has debunked reports circulating in the media, that Nigeria had been delisted from the list of transit cargo nations. He claimed, that contrary to media reports, the story was not factual, because no one has the right to delist Nigeria from the list, but what had simply occurred, is that landlocked countries had decided to stop transiting their cargo through Nigerian ports, because importers had moved their business to other countries, who offer more efficient services. He offered a glimmer of hope in the recent agreement by Niger, to start moving their cargo through Nigerian ports.
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/10/nigeria-not-delisted-from-transit-cargo-list-bello/
Remember that JP Morgan had towed this line by delisting Nigeria from its index
http://venturesafrica.com/jp-morgan-delisting-nigeria-from-emerging-market-government-bond-index-interpreted/
And even Barclays has in recent times, considered this option as well
http://www.ngrguardiannews.com/2015/10/barclays-plan-to-delist-nigerian-bond-worries-operators/
Is there an international gangup against Nigeria. Even in the light of the media's consistent record playing of the astronomical goodwill this current APC government has found with the international community. If so, then dark days are truly ahead for Nigeria.
PoliticsI Am Not Coming For Experimentation, But Consolidation:prof Yakubu, INEC Boss by hinwazaka(op):
The new INEC chairman, Prof Yakubu during a Q and A with the press, revealed to the public that he may not continue with the Card readers, and also jettisoned plans for improvement in the technological advancement of INEC. He stated that he was not coming to experiment with the forthcoming elections, but rather will just consolidate on the current system of INEC, by going back to the crude and rudimentary system of conducting elections. He also claimed he will not be intimidated by anyone, so therefore he will not deter in caring out his responsibilities. INEC currently lacks REC's in about 17 states of the federation.

The only person, in that advert I could equate to our erstwhile President was Lee kuan Yew. Just like Jonathan, he too had to cope with an ungrateful populace who were so blind to the evident truth, and were so impatient, they couldn't see that the benefits being laid down for their children and their children's children, was more important than an instant loaf of hot bread. But unlike Lee, Jonathan had more compassion and more love for his ungrateful citizens.

You have clearly not seen a person suffering from dementia. It is a transient disease. They from time to time lose perception of the state of their being and their environment. You read without applying the art of comprehension. It's not your fault. It's caused by your poor educational background.

tonytony208:
Medically, dementia is just loss of memory.

You should be more sensible than to use English dictionary to describe medical words.

Now check out the medical (real) meaning of the words below.

de·men·ti·a
(dĕ-men′shē-ă)
The loss, usually progressive, of cognitive and intellectual functions, without impairment of perception or consciousness; caused by a variety of disorders, (structural or degenerative) but most commonly associated with structural brain disease. Characterized by impaired memory, judgment, and intellect, and a shallow labile affect.

in·sane/madness
(in-sān′)
This is a legal term referring to mental incompetence and moral irresponsibility.
1. Of unsound mind; severely mentally impaired; deranged; crazy.
2. Relating to insanity.

So, are they the same? Osu, stop being clever by half.
Both definitions point towards a person being mentally incapacitated or unstable. Your brain is running on a low processor. Try and do an upgrade.
