Firstly everyone makes a mistake. A woman's life revolves around a man own and vice versa. Disclaimer: I am not pointing fingers at anyone but I feel mistakes can be corrected. These are 7 mistakes most individuals make. 1. COMPETITION: I guess a whole lot of individuals are defaulter of this. Showing off at the cost of your relationship with others. Covetousness and greed are the keywords most things that play part here. Individuals tend to make unplanned or spontaneous decisions trying to impress people who probably won't notice you. Note: This has an effect on your account you know 2. HELPLESSNESS: This may sound weird but lemme elaborate. The ladies are the guilty ones here, most females tend to be over dependent on the Automated Teller Men because of the A Man must Pay my Bills syndrome and then fail to build up a career or skill. Now I have heard that the beautiful ones are not yet born over a million time. Now on a last note there is DIGNITY in LABOR..... Go learn a skill if you feel schooling won't do it for you. Don't forget that there are women out there exploring the man's world. 3. DEPENDENCE: People feel that you must maneuver your way around something. It goes from that feeling that you must sort your way to pass a course, you must sleep with a lecturer to pass. Common Determination is the key to Success. If you want to depend on something or someone Depend on God or even yourself afterall you are a god on your own 4. STUPID RELATIONSHIP: Relationships is one topic that can and has been used to publish loads of books. I'm going to keep it brief. Dating I take that back fooling around with married men and women is firstly a ill to our culture and norm and above all not a good paint to a person's picture. Individuals mostly do this to settle their competitive ego they feel when you date the married ones the cash flow is higher. But common the prize to pay when their wife/husband catch u ehn...Be careful oh DECEPTION is a killer 5.Stupid Reason for Marriage: If I am planning on building a three storey apartment and I have decided that the proportion of mortar to sand should be 10:90 you can imagine the result. Long story short people marry for very funny reasons; some outta pity, bicep/triceps, b••b/a$$, and all and all. We really need to build quality relationships and one important tip IF YOU HAVE A REASON WHY YOU LOVE HIM/HER THEN YOU HAVE NOT FOUND LOVE 6. APPEARANCE: We all have come across the "Dress the way you want to be addressed" stuff truth is whoever made that comment is a long term wise man. The way we dress speaks volumes about who we are and what we are. Your dressing is a summary of your personality. 7. CONVERSATIONS: Conversation describes a persons brain power. We may not really tell where and who we are conversing with. A wise man once said "we should taste our words before we spit them out" our line of conversation tells a whole lot about us. Royal Exchange Plc, a financial services group with interest in life and general insurance, microfinance, asset management and healthcare, said its gross premium written rose by four per cent to N9.43bn in 2014 from N9.08bn in the 2013 financial period. A statement obtained from the company on Sunday said the Chairman of the company, Kenneth Odogwu, disclosed this during the firm’s 46th Annual General Meeting in Lagos. It stated that the company’s total assets also rose by 28 per cent to close at N26.27bn from N20.27bn in 2013. The company said it paid N2.43bn claims during the year under and added that its profit before tax stood at N315.63m and would pay a dividend of two kobo per 50 kobo share. Odogwu said the low profit was as a result of the rise in the management expenses, which rose to N3.09bn in 2014 from N2.53bn in 2013. He attributed this to ongoing branch expansion, retail business development and investment in e-business and information technology. “We also see significant growth in Takaful and micro-insurance services in the retail insurance space, as a means of boosting insurancepenetration and driving financial inclusion among the lower income class,” he stated. According to the chairman, emphasis will be on product innovation to reach a large portion of the economically disadvantaged section of the nation’s 170 million people. “The online retail shopping platforms, telecommunications and microfinance banking are already providing alternative sales distribution channels to stretch retail insurance services to fingertips of the citizens,” Odogwu said. He said the group was presently streamlining major components of its business, service delivery, processes and operations to deliver superior returns in the medium term to its shareholders. The Group Managing Director, Chike Mokwunye, said the performance of Royal Exchange in 2014 was a show of resilience. “At group level, we ran a two-prong business growth approach, focusing on sustaining old business and at the same time acquiring new ones,” he said. Mokwunye said that the company also diversified its revenue base by deepening its tentacles in traditional financial services markets and concurrently branching out into frontier market segments.
