10 years later and we've still not put an end to this Babcock vs Covenant University debate. Two universities can be good in their own niche areas, let's all be happy and stop fighting.

If it is the same NOUN that I know, being banned from NYSC isn't really a big deal. Lots of their students graduate when they are too old for NYSC anyways.

Hiya [at] joeyfire. Have you gotten a chance to come and check out Lekki Conservation Centre recently? It's really amazing now.
The place has really opened up as a tourist destination. Both the IJGB (I just got back, rich men's children visiting home from the abroad) and the oyibo expat are writing blog post review of the place nearly every weekend.

I'm also writing an article on it (and all the buzz it's getting these days), that's why I'm in the nairaland archives. Just so your comment and thought to let you know the place is doing great now.

I love the place. I used to be up in there every saturday morning when I lived in lagos. It was due for some maintenance when last I visited the place, I can't wait to go visit there again

A lot of people have been complaining about this GUO Transport a lot. I even heard a story about a GUO passenger that was dragged out of the bus and beaten mercilessly by the driver! Can you imagine.

For anyone who is reading this in 2017, after your movie at Maryland mall, you have to eat a Bibi's Grill house. The food is amaze balls. Last time I was there, I got this "sharing platter' they called it with 4 different kinds of meats and maaan, it was only remaining for me to lick my plate. If you want authentic chinese food, do NOT go to Yinyan. Their sign is fancy and all, but the food definitely is not.

Ozone cinemas is not the same as it used to be! I remember when it first opened and I and my family would leave our house in Abule Egba to got and window shop and play those arcade games. That time, it was like an American wonder. Now everything is poorly run to the point that their workers are begging boldly? Wow!

as per silverbird cinemas,the place is expensive,i mean u end up spendin about 2k if ur buyin pocorn and coke,its a ripoff, citimall opposite muson centre also shows movies and its half d prize and d place is just as fine as silverbird
