Look at the Glee in your prints! If I was just coming from Mars I woulda been forgiven for thinking Arsenal won the UCL last night. Anyway should RVP feature on Saturday please promise me you wouldn't have a seizure or sumn
Even ex-players injuries are celebrated here undecided undecided shey Man U no pay money buy am ni?
What glee...You came on here to tell us that he was removed for precautionary reasons and I reminded you(in case you have forgotten) that whenever he(RVP) was injured, it always looked like a 'small' injury.
If he plays on saturday, miracles do happen...if he plays again when 2013/2014 season begins, that's his new club's problem.

even a kid of 5 won't believe the dross you typed up there.....
you care so much about rvp your existence depends on him - arsenal fans must convince themselves robin van persie is on his last legs....you can see the excitement on the faces of gaynners when van persie hasnt scored! against the saints, arsenal fans were in perpetual Glorious state when van persie missed a penalty then hearts got broken when he completed his hatrick few moments later - you fools should get over it and concentrate on winning a title this season!
Like I said...Draw your own conclusions.
Which is worse?Man utd fans chanting 'Robin Van Persie' on matchday! The same chap they referred to as 'Van rapist' less than 6 months agogrin grin grin

BTW..The Sun newspapers say we are in for Didier Drogba.
Walahi, when I saw the headline, I thought Wenger was in for Didier Drogba Jnr(Drogba's son...if he has any)
It would be more realistic for Arsenal to want to sign DD junior than Drogba himself.
Some of these Journos should be tried in a court of law for feeding the public with absolute nonsense!

coogar: in other words, it makes you happy that robin van persie is injured....
what a disgraceful bitter fan you are.....
@coogar,You can jump to your conclusions...I don't give a damn.
where in my post did you see me rejoicing that Van Persie is injured?I just described what used to happen when he was at Arsenal...
I don't need to stress what I said further, It's clear.
RVP is no longer an Arsenal player...I can't be bothered whether he plays for Man utd till he's 40 or he quits football and set up a day care center.
Shior! Eyin ika! It was a precautionary sub! Besides he was not particularly having a good game
Precautionary, my left b*ll
E be like say when you were an Arsenal fan, you were only looking out for our results and didn't know much about the players.
Van persie's injuries always look like 'something small' and the prognosis are always 'he will be out for a few weeks maximum.
Before you know it, there is a relapse and we talk about 5-6 months....
Or In all of the time, he was injured, you ever heard them say 'RVP out for the season?

In other news: Abou Diaby is injured.
Though i have a feeling that this is "French Parapo" between Deschamps and Wenger.
That Abou will play only one of the two matches for France.
We have given Abou serious 'Agbo' this summer...He has said byebye to his injuries grin

Quoting from an Arsenal blogger

Seeing Lukas Podolski chase back to provide cover, tackle strongly and then play his way out of trouble from deep in our own half. Oh yeah, gimme gimme. In the second half, Kieran Gibbs found himself out of position having chased a player infield from around half-way, but Mikel Arteta saw this, dropped into the left back spot and when the ball was fed out there, he made a solid tackle and snuffed out the danger. Om nom nom. Vermaelen being first on the scene when Mannone parried a shot. Slurp. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain made a few wrong decisions when on the ball, but without it he covered his full back very well and again didn’t shirk the dirty work when he needed to get back and defend.

For those of us watching this Arsenal team down the years the difference is obvious. Too many times we’ve conceded goals which could have been prevented because players simply didn’t realise where the danger was or just let play pass them by looking for their back four to save the day. There was none of that yesterday and against a side which did try and make things happen it’s a really positive sign.
Many Arsenal fans have been shouting in respect of what the blogger wrote.
Its been a long time since I felt this way about Arsenal.
Everyone defending together and attacking together.
Why did the intl break have to come so soon?

I can't believe that people are already 'summarising' a football player after just two games in a different country, different league etc.
Come on guys.

New beginning

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by HNIC(m): 8:23pm On Aug 15, 2012
Not surprised!
Knew Vp won't stay after the release of the most stupid statement I have ever seen a football player make.
24m is good business for an injury prone player entering the last year of his contract(29 years old).
I said a few days ago...that if any club pays more than 15m they should have their heads examined by a certified physician.
But, the questions are still there:
Are we gonna reinvest in the squad with the 'maga' money we made from this sale?
Are we gonna break that wage cap a lil bit because for all these players it's all about the 'benjamins'(forget kissing of the badge et al)
I was 'pained' when i saw Robin play last sunday and even wearing the captain's arm band....Why does Arsene treat these players like his sons and get stabbed in the back countless times?
It was a GREAT insult to Arsenal as a football club for him to make that useless statement and still wear the freaking arm band....
Gazidis,Wenger et al...questions for you!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by HNIC(m): 11:51am On Aug 13, 2012
Good workout from the lads.
I have never doubted our new signings....
It was just a matter of blending quickly and playing the Arsenal way.
That first half blitz reminded me of the Arsenal attack in the invincible season, with Poldi,Santi,Giroud,Ox and Theo running rings around Cologne defence.
And that Gervinho goal.....coolcoolcool

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by HNIC(m): 11:24am On Aug 09, 2012
arsenal are hoping he can go elsewhere but van persie is the sole determinant - he will play where he wants to play not where arsenal want
He is still under contract with us.The worst possible scenario is to keep him for another one year, let him train with the reserves...and he could f*** off to any club he likes and earn whatever.
I doubt if anyone would pay more than 15m because of his rotten injury record. I am sure he underestimated that part of his history when he released that staement

Latest is that RVP would most likely be travelling with the team to Germany for the next training camp!!!
Is this a U-turn? or what exactly is happenning at Arsenal?
Why is RVP still around?Heard Juventus have given a deadline for him/Arsenal to accept the deal.
Or is he holding out for a move to either of the Mancs?
It doesn't look like Arsenal wanna sell to them.
The saga started early...It should end quickly abeg!

Bros, I am placing my bets on Diaby having a wonderful season just like RVP and then suddenly deciding that we no longer match his amnbitions when the rich 'bast****' from PSG flash euros at himgrin
