In my last post, I showed you how to invest in palm oil business. I talked about the minimum capital needed to start the business as well as how to buy the palm oil without buying the bad one for long storage. Today, I'll show you when to buy, when to buy, how to store and other tips you needed to know about palm oil business. Keep in touch cos I will drop am as e hot here tonight. |
HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN PALM OIL BUSINESS. I'll keep this post as short as simple; no fluff, no big grammar. Just straight to the point. ************* We all know what palm oil is, so I won't dwell on that. But if you don't know what it is, then my old time friend Mr Google can help you out on that. So, am going to concentrate on the money-making opportunities it offers for those that want to venture into it. So, without wasting your time, let's hit the ground and race out. ************************** Problem: 1) Homes: The demand for palm oil is high in many homes Nigeria now. This is because it is one basic kitchen necessity here in Nigeria. It cuts across tribe, creed, gender, status. Everyone at one point or the other need palm oil in his or her kitchen for cooking and frying. So, there'll be demand for it. 2) Food Industries: Most of the products on sale in the supermarkets use palm oil in their formulation. These products include food products such as margarine, confectionery, ready to eat meals, food snacks, chocolate, ice cream and bakery products. 3) Industrially, palm oil is used for manufacturing cosmetics, soaps, toothpaste, waxes, lubricants, and ink. *************** So, these are problem palm oil can solve and that's where you should come in to bridge the gap and tap into this million of Naira in palm oil business here in Nigeria. According to research, consumption of palm oil in Nigeria amounts to about 2.0 million metric tonnes per annum. Imagine that! ****** So, let's dive in and see how you can make money in this business. Here's the outline. ******* 1. CAPITAL 2. HOW TO BUY 3. WHEN TO BUY 4. WHERE TO BUY 5. HOW TO STORE 6. WHEN TO SELL 7. MISCELLANEOUS TIPS (Do's and don'ts) ***************************************** 1. CAPITAL: Minimum startup capital: N50k Maximum startup capital: N100k & above If you are under financial constraint, I'll advise you start with N50k and reinvest as your profit increases. The N50k will take care of the cost of the oil, jerrycans and transportation. You can also start with N100k and above. It doesn't matter how much you have now, the concept is the same for everyone seed capital, whether N50k or N10 million. ********** At the time of typing this, the cost of 25-litre jerrycan is sold for between N800/N1000 per can in Owerri, Imo State. A 25 litre of jerrycan is currently N8500 in Owerri as 5 days. So, with N50k, you can buy 5 jerrycans of 25litre @ N8500 each and that will give you N42,500. Each jerrycan @ N1000 will be N5k. Transportation to & from will take about N2k. (depending on your location) Proximity to the market is an added advantage. ****** 2. How TO BUY. You need to source for quality palm oil in the rural areas. Find a village market close to you and visit there on the market days. I base in Owerri, and there are village markets where I buy palm oil so cheap. All you need to do is to get to the market as earlier as possible and anchor somewhere while the traders roll in their kegs of palm oil. Don't be in a haste to buy. Just watch what's going on in the market. And if possible, leverage on what I call 'piggyback' to buy. What I mean is watching what the expert do; how they haggle with the sellers over the price of a keg, how they go about checking the quality oil to buy. These will give you clue as to how to go about in bargaining with the sellers. N/B: Don't 'fall your own hand' by showing signs that you are just new in the business. Conduct yourself like an 'old timer' in the business or else they'll cheat you or sell bad oil to you. Alternatively, to avoid buying bad oil, approach an old woman or someone you feel can help you in selecting quality oil and tell him/her to help you. You can tip him/her with a little amount after you're done buying as a way of showing appreciation for the kind act done to you. This option is the last resort. *********** I'll stop here cos my eyes are heavy. I need to sleep so I won't break down in the morning. When I return, I'll teach you the following; 3. WHEN TO BUY 4. WHERE TO BUY 5. HOW TO STORE 6. WHEN TO SELL 7. MISCELLANEOUS TIPS (Do's and don'ts) ****** If you are interested in this money making business opportunity, drop your comment below. If you want the ebook/PDF copy of this article, indicate interest and I'll send it for FREE.....no string attached.

blessedvisky:From the line of the article, it seems the couple are having marital problems and he (the rapist) capitalized on that loophole to finetune his game by inviting the woman, knowing fully well that she may not call the husband on phone to confirm if truly he's at the rapist home. So sad that trust and sincerity has eluded mankind. |
An insider is involved. Its just for a matter of time and the bubble will burst. |
kandiikane: lol, please ask am. I honestly think it might be engine oil.Lwkmd. Hydraulic should not be used on the face o! Except you wan begin wear mask or veil for face cos its synonymous to pouring someone hot oil on the face...u knw wat I mean nah, dnt u?. |
As with every other thing in life, there are rules governing them all. Same thing is applicable to the face. You must observe the rules of the face if you must have a clean smooth face. Here are some of the fundamental basic rules of the face. 1) Never use sponge on your face no matter what......rub soap on you face and allow it to stick there for like 5minutes before washing with your palm. 2) Never squeeze the acne in your face in the name of squeezing out puss...you are worsening it cos of germ transfer. 3) Never rub oil cream on your face...your face need to breath through the pores. The oil will clog it and it will 'shoot-out' more pimples/acne/blackheads. 4) Never wear make-ups before going to bed. As in the case of rule number 3, you must resist the urge. 5) Never use heavy chemicals, hot soaps, or any cream in whatever form on your face. You will end up damaging you face. Treat your face the same way you would treat the eye....face is sensitive too. 6) Never use hot water on your face no matter how you have believed that its no longer hot. Remember that the skin in our hands/palms are not the same with that on our face......both have their distinctive texture and feel. Pls, before you jump on my neck for this assertion, drop a spoonful of hot water on your face and do same on you hand then tell yourself the result. A hot water in the face in the name of warm water may destroy your facial skin pigment which will take years to heal. 7) As a rule, drink a glass of water first thing in the morning and plenty of it every other time in the day. This helps to wash away free radicals from inward...usually done via perspiration. Eat more of fruit than fatty food and friable.Fruit has some natural chemicals that is released into the body when eaten that goes to wage war against bacteria and its proteges living in the body.9) Wash your face twice if you have the opportunity. Those with too much oil face should increase their facial washing from 2 to perhaps 4. Warning> Never over-wash your face....dont go rubbing and washing your face with almost half of the soap in just one day at a time. You'll be damaging your skin if you do that cos our face need a lil oil to keep it moisture though. 10) Grab enough sleep. Don't deprive yourself good sleep. Sleep is a biological natural healing phenomenon embedded into each and everyone by God which is regulated by body clock. So get some good sleep whenever you can and watch not only your skin glow, but your face as well. Final notice> Please make a diligent and careful search for cream and soap that is compatible with your skin type because what works for Mr Seun Osewa's skin may not work in Hod1000 skin. Our skin differs....even among identical twins. So, it doesn't matter whether such soap and cream costs 5k each or 40, what matters is choosing the right one for your skin. I for one uses a soap of 60 naira and I found that its good for my skin unlike when I was using a soap of 350. One more thing, I don't use cream on my face, but I can use cream on any other part of my body. BOTTOMLINE/> Experiment, play around with your skin until you learn what things it does like and stick to it. "Insanity is when we do the same thing over and over expecting to have different result." My greetings to all fellow NLers. |
You just have to be careful while seeking for advice on how to invest that money. Some online businesses are real but it takes considerably a long time to start yielding result....except you are looking for fly by the night riches which I can assure you that its not possible, unless you want to be scammed. Offline on its part is capital intensive cos you must in most cases rent shop, buy tools/table, chair, stock and what a view. So, whatever you do, just be careful on how you handle the money and don't you ever give someone your money to trade business for you online or offline no matter how enticing the business is. Do it by yourself so that you will get the hang of it as time progresses. If you want to go for offline, conduct feasibility study on the type of business you want to venture in otherwise, you may just get your money trapped even when the things you needed to start the business never complete. Be wise and shine your eyes well well my guy.....hawk plenty for naija o! |
Go for business that will accommodate everybody and not just men. Research has it that women are the biggest spenders my man....lolzz. Every woman want to get everything she wants. Fast food is okay as my guy above recommended. Food is for everybody irrespective of their gender. So go for food related business. You can invest in Rice, beans or Yam. These are hot businesses you can do and DUPLICATE your initial capital. |
Jon.Bee:3k? Nawa o! |
MTN is really ripping us apart.......NCC is not doing anything about it. Here is the OCCUPYMTN fan page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Occupy-MTN-Nigeria/408185485876062# . Lets visit them.Lolz. |
@ Poster, be careful of all this ''You can make $1million dollar fly-by-the-night riches o! My advise is that you should look for something tangible to do. Something like getting a skill. Use that money to learn or buy software that you can use to design things like ''Complimentary cards, graphics, banners, wedding cards, fliers, calender and other related skilled driven biz. Dont give out your money to some marketers wey don dey ask you to call or email them or to manage the biz for you, learn and do what I listed above and you will bite your fingers for not getting this idea since. Alternatively, you can organise ''lesson'' on a particular course you are too familiar with to year 1 students who are serious in their education for a fee. 100naira per head 3 times in a week is not bad, remember they may be many, say 15 or more which is 1500naira for an hour lesson. Try bro and success to you. |
Look inward and see if there is something you can do well or teach someone. If there is, you can put it in writing, type it and convert it to ebook and sell it for a fee. Am sure yoou have a skill or knowledge which is inside you and which you may not know before now. Check, just check bro. |

Its said that charity begins at home. Until those in the corridors of power sanitize themselves and stop using ball pen to sign up huge public funds, the issue of fighting or better still combating fraud will remain utopia in our minds. While I do not support the few Nigerians that has dragged our name and reputation in the mud, I also believe that those saddled with the responsibility of making and enforcing laws in our land should keep their linen white in the public. It is said in my local parlance that one should first of all chase away the hawk that wants to carry away a chick before blaming the chick for going outside. Let the Government be sincere to themselves. Corrupt politicians that has dubious character should not be allowed to hold any public office. Also, any politician found laundering public fund should be made to face the music he has tuned for himself and no sacred cow o. Its is only in western world that you'll see a politician throw in the towel whenever he failed to live up to expectation or caught laundering public fund. These fraudsters that has kept us in this situation has always observed that the greater number of these greedy politician goes scot-free with their crimes and in most cases, are even stubborn to admit their crime, with sheer "open eyeism".lolz. SOLUTION The kind of money we have in this country is enough to pay everybody that has clocked 18yrs , even the whole Nigerians. There is money and the fountain of this money will never dry atleast for now. So, the governmat leastuld acquire the latest security technology that will house the whole database of the whole Nigerians. Our prisons, banks, police stations should install finger print and image capturing machine that will get all the profile of every Nigerians. Am sorry to admit this simple fact, I really don'tknow th essence of the National ID card. What was the reason of issueing it at the first place iissuing't be used to trace some of this frauds? Also, banks should be honest enough to track down most of these fraudulent fund transfer. Most bankers connive with these guys to receive these funds and transfer it into the fraudsters account perhaps for an agreed percentage, they know how they collect theirs. The EFCC should install a device that will intercept most of these fraudulent emails, though, most of these guys uses proxy sites to carry out their nefarious fraudulent activities, but I also believe that a device can be used to trace any fraud mail that passes through proxy sites. Finally, every Nigerians should purge this fraudulent tendencies from his/her mind and toe the path of honor, Its horrible that all Nigerians has been labelled scammers due to the activity of few unpatriotic Nigerians. Our green passport is like a time bomb in our hand whenever we step foot into any western countries. You guys should learn a skill that will engage you into meaningful venture so that this monster can be exterminated. Oyinbo guys like and cherish theiEyeingtries, why can't we emulate them? Ok, let me juice up this advise. A friend of mine married a white lady in one of these western countries and they love each other so much. However, my friends usually go to work in a train. In that train, you are expected to do what you are expected to do, pay your fare using some coins and a ticket pops out for you just like our ATM machine here. It goes that one day, my friend went to work and forgot to pay his train fare, he only realizes this when he alighted from the the train. So when he came back from work, and was relaxing with the wife, he told her what happened, how he forgot to pay for his fare and you know what?, the wife flamed and before one could say ''Jack'', the woman had already grabbed a phone and dialled the police (See where Oyinbo woman dey call police for im husband oo). Well, my friends was fast enough to grab the phone and cover the ear-piece cos the police had already picked the call and was echoing hello on their end. My friend sweated while begging a woman he married to forgive him. The woman agreed to forgive him only on one condition, he should go back to the Train station and pay for the fare, and bring the ticket to her so she can verify if he really paid. Her annoyance is that Government spends huge amount of money putting those things in place for public use and he is there cheating the Government. My friend later went there and did as the ''wife'' instructed. He showed her the ticket and you know what, she started crying, begging my friend to forgive her for her action, i.e calling the police for him. So, the moral of this real life story is that, we all have a duty to help redeem our image and position ourselves as clean people before the international communities. It sound impossible whereas it is possible, only our mindset needs change, so change yours today. I rest my case here. |
@ Ak Money, There are so many offline biz you can do offline and generate the amount you mentioned above. But the question, can you get a reliable and genuine info on how to go about this. Well, I wont give you tips on a biz I know next to nothing about, cos its said that you can only give out what you have. I believe other N/L will be able to come up and give you honest advice on biz you can invest your money into and make that amount you quoted. However, here is a biz I do and can authoritatively give you a honest review on howprofitable it ts. Am actually into foodstuff biz due to the high profit this biz yields. Am into buying and reselling of a sought after food commodity, Yam to be precise. I buy and resell to traders. In this business, you can buy 100 tubers of Yam for 4000. It might sound too good to be true but that is just the plain and honest truth. See the pix below so that you'll confirm that am saying what I know. This is the biz I do and can give you first hand information. The interesting aspect of it is that these are the same tubers of yam you usually buy in the market at the rate of 300 to 400. But, you are getting it at the rate of 40 per Tuber. Report me to security agents if you don't get it at these price. These is just to let you know how sure I am to give you an honest review. @Poster, i feel 4u. My candid advice is 1. Do u hav a skill or service u can render for a fee? 2. Do u knw how to teach pple wat they dnt knw for a fee? Ok listen and pay attention to wat am abt to teach u nw. Is there a particular course maybe mathematics, English, psychology, sociology, economics u knw too well and can teach pple? If ur answer is yes, then start wit ur course mate first and as d number grow, ask them to pay 50-100 per each lesson of 1-2hrs. As u teach dem, look 4 year 1 students who ar jst entering d school and start teaching dem one of the course they ar offering provided u knw d course and can teach it very well. Some student ar shy and afraid to ask dia lecturer question in lecture hall perhaps 2avoid speaking wrong grammer and to avoid embarrassmemt 4m d lecturer and fellow student. These set of pple wl feel at home asking u questions. You charge dem a token to tutor dem. 2. Most student dnt knw hw to write CV and job application, you can go online and research the best way to write a CV and Job application, write it and hav it typed. Jst spiral bind it and sell it to them. 3. U can visit 1kjobsonline.com to see if there is anything you can do for 1000. 4. Learn a skill like fone repair, advertize ur skil and see job flowing.
