I’m currently on a Pgce program and I can tell you that it is a very intensive program. You will spend a day in the university mostly and 4 other days at a placement secondary school. If you must do a Pgce course be prepared financially because you won’t have enough time to work. However the stress would be worth it in the end if you plan ahead. I have 2 months left on the course and I have already gotten a job offer.
I was given admission for primary pgce at Sunderland. I will have to rely on working to balance the fees. I am scared of going through the journey

chigoziri2403:
So the military doesn't respect the constitution?

You want to pit the military against the police

Why all these show of force

You people should stop riducling this nation

If Bello has a case to answer, what's the big deal, he should go clear his name
What do you need the milliatry to effect an arrest?
The EFCC ACT IS CLEAR
Everyone too should be resisting arrest whenever EFCC wants to arrest them. What constitution are you talking about? A Governor standing as an obstacle to justice?

temptnow:
tinubu and his 40 thieves are finishing our reserves by looting it all
QUOTE OF THE DAY:

"The CBN is NOT defending the NAIRA! We do not intend to defend the Naira, our policy is clear! A free market, with little or no intervention from the CBN. Our policy remains a willing buyer and a willing seller. The depletion you noticed in our foreign reserve is due to debt obligations inherited, and we just have to settle these debt obligations. It is part of our responsibilities. Such depletion is what you observe with any foreign reserve anywhere in the world. The foreign reserve will reduce and it will increase as we get more inflows. We just received a 600 million dollar inflow. We don't need to defend the Naira; it's not our intention to do so."

Foreign reserve is going down deeply. We all know why naira is depreciating now.
The next move is for the government to borrow billions of dollars to defend naira. This method cannot sustain for long. CBN has given out 2 billion dollars in less than two months to banks and BDCs to defend naira. This is sad.
Did they collect the naira equivalent ? Who owns abroad remittance?

Yawn….

Minimum wage then was 80 naira a month.

So that list doesn’t prove anything.

Children posting rubbish.

Back then those prices were expensive for the common man.

Even in the 1980s, my pocket money for a whole semester at university was 500 naira, and it was more than enough for everything including catching cruise, shacking beer everyday etc..
Minimum wage was actually #125 then. The year suggest 1984. That was actually when there was a great recession in Nigeria and items were scarce. People have to be on queues for hours to get some basic house hold items.
