I'm currently working a a law enforcement officer in the core security agency in the country but I want to go to school at the NOUNfor personal development and also opportunities in the future as I'll be retiring quite young as I join early.....
I don't know which of these courses should I go for that'll be useful maybe nw in my job and mostly importantly when I retire in years to come....

Nigerian ladies are one of the worst set of humans beings on earth. So entitled, expectant and stingy.

This Christmas season to avoid unnecessary billing I locked up my money in Piggyvest safe lock plan to avoid unnecessary spending.

So since then I resulted to doing with what I have left and placed only few people in my Christmas budget and they are my mother, my fiancee, my brother and my brother's wife...

I have been getting calls and begging from friends, 90% from female friends and I tell them plainly that I don't have any money to give to anyone this season, it is Christmas celebration for all of us not a money making scheme for the ladies because every where the ladies are always like, come do Christmas for me, bla bla bla... Some have even stopped talking to me since I told them the fact.


In my office, we closed for the year since 17th and I noticed that my male colleagues bought gifts and gave to me, I wasn't expecting any gift though but the female ones, all I get from them is do Christmas for us.

Trying to emotionally blackmail me... So it happened that yesterday I decided to use my church mind to send something to them

These are ladies who earn same thing with me and even more because they get tips from the guys and people who come around...

So, I got some money and these three ladies (after settling my mom, fiancee, brother and in-law), I decided to send something to these female friends of mine and I sent 5k each to them.

The first two ladies called immediately to say thanks but the third one didn't, I asked if she saw any money I sent and she said yes, the tone sounded like someone who expected more...

Immediately I hung up, I saw that the money was reversed by my bank and the 5k got back to me.... She chatted me immediately that they have debited her and reversed the money...

Joy filled my heart and I said God thank you... Immediately I went out to get a nice dinner for myself.

Software development na blood money oooo. I paid 300K to learn just Java at NIIT back then. I would advise youths to go into it because it's the only job you can start up without need a capital. It's the only good job you can get in 9ja without needing a BSC. Though I've left Java sha, but the experience I got from Java gave me advantage to learn JavaScript (React and Node), Python (Django) etc.
Instead of you to go do ashawo or yahoo, go learn programming and thank me later. If you no fit get access to materials, I go help to give you some. It's my little way of taking menance from the street

FYI, I condemn any bad attitude of the police but commend them if they are doing their job properly.

Don't let anybody put pressure on you. I always tell young people define whay you want in this life... and take baby steps....them no build rome in 1 day. This & lot more you'll go through in life is what's going to make you a MAN!.

I had decided to take a break for a while but just minutes ago, another sister of my called telling me how I failed to gain admission, how my mates are better than me, telling me to do something good with my life as if I hadn't been trying all this years. Every night I always up for at least 2 hours checking the reading and checking the internet for opportunities just to do something good despite working like a maid for another sister from 7am till 11pm. I'm just fed up.

My family members calls me a failure just because I fail to gain admission. I have tried to gain admission in to medical school but the I'm not connected even though my result is always good. Any where I go, they keep pitying my condition. I learnt graphics about and programming two years ago. I enrolled myself for photography but I the boss is manipulative and wicked. I have tried every possible method to please him but he always see me as a problem. I know he want like wasting my time because he hasn't shown me how to hold a camera for about eight months.i tried explaining to my family members but they they don't believe me because he has told them a lot of negative things about me. I'm typing this with tears in my eyes. They all see my as a failure. I don't think I can hold this anymore. They want to dictate how I should live. They feel they are always right. I have written my exams and I passed all without cheating. I pray God give me the strength to survive this. They compare me with my mates telling me that they are now in universities and Polytechnics. They openly tell me I'm a failure. I will be 20 next year February.Am I really a failure ?
I don't think I will survive this.
