its usually hard to believe but most times its true, I had a similar experience with my little 10year old cousin who came to live wit me several years ago and my gate man, When I first found out, it was really hard for me to believe because she was naturally a very notorious girl, and my gateman was rather a very calm and 'good' boy, I tot she just wanted to put the poor boy in trouble, but after much interrogation and threats, he confessed. He was sacked immediately, but I regret not calling the police. I was immediately more concerned about my cousins health, I had to rush her to d hospital for physical examinations , lab tests, and treatments for possible STD. I was just overwhelmed with emotions and told him to leave my house immediately. Coupled with d fact dat I had just had a baby at d time, I just dint have d time to deal wit naija useless police station rigours, trust naija police naa, sometimes its just a waste of time goin there. They are usually more concerned about unnecessary protocols and bail money, but in hind sight, i really wish i had called d police on him, even though i might hav still ended up being the one to bail him, at least he would have bn tortured a little for his crime.

Mehn....pray that doesn't happen to any of us again.
