I would suggest you go for a piece of land reason being that a car is more of a liability because it requires maintenance. But a piece of land is an asset whose value increases with time.
But then again, it depends on the amount you have and whether buying a car is really a necessity for you to go about your daily business from which you make your livelihood. Some people need a personal car to be able to go to work. But if the car is not so much of a necessity at the moment, you should buy the land and sell it after a few years, you will surely make profit that will enable you buy a car (the worth of the land depends on the location though).

There's nothing that can be better than marrying not just someone you love... But someone you're genuinely friends with.... People have friends for 50,60years and they don't get tired of each other ....So really it's really the best thing to get married to your friend.

Then again as Hollyb has so rightly said, it's involves a lot of conscious personal commitment, Can you ever get tired of being your parent's child or being your brother's/sister's sibling?... That's how it is in marriage too, you should learn to be committed to that person for life and enjoy it.
