What can you do? Free to air has gone scientific and that's why we should be careful before buying. Some companies dump their decoders once new model is out. Alphabox leads those companies, Qsat included. A company like Gsky doesn't produce a lot of receivers and the few they've are well supported. It's like someone who have 20 children from one woman and hunger they hammer them, and another one of the same class has 4 and feeds them properly.
Though a bit expensive, I can only mention GSKY and TIGER(forever server) as only reliable ones at the moment.

you forgot to mention freesat, they also release softwares promptly.
