3. check Mexico, Malaysia (cheap but thou canst not work legally with thy student visa, Ukraine (cheap but poor), check Norway and Finland (no tuition but needest thou N1.8-2m in a blocked account)
4. Portugal doth offer good courses at good tuition but hath high financial requirement for visa and it hath a poor economy as I write upon this thread.

You are welcome. Yeah you are right but the journey of a million miles start with a step. In US and Canada, the number of year for undergraduate programs is 4 years while in Germany and UK is 3 years for undergraduates programs. Just weigh the pros and cons;don't just travel to any country for the sake of acquiring foreign certificate, go to the country that is or will be well recognised. Thanks Man..boh time is not really on my side. I used 3ys for d OND tin, so if am goin to NOUN again, thats another one yr wch is definately a huge lost considering d time frame since am looking out to bag an Undergraduate degree not a postgraduate. So, I tink I will just start to consider someother countries (maybe china or cyprus).

honourableseyi: With this qualification, you can apply to some schools in UK, CANADA and US but the fee is the main issue. In US, you will need SAT and TOFEL while in UK, you will need TOFEL or IELTS and other test to qualify you. Though getting admission in those countries is not that cumbersome. But the fact is, Germany is really really worth it comparing the free tuition and the kind of educational value you are getting at no cost. Portugal? Look before you leap bro; even if the financial requirement is within the range which you can afford. Go back to the drawing board, try and get your HND or you can apply to NOUN with neither jamb nor post utme (not without some real work to do); get 2 semesters done, combine it with your ND and move on. During which you would have raised your 1.8m for blocked account. This is my own unproven opinion though. Shalom

bro thanks but that's quite a long journey considering d fact that am applying for an undergraduating prog. I will just look out for some other countries I fit in. since is not that am looking for a country to settle in. What I just need for now is a good plc to bag a first degree and sustain my self for the study period. More Opinion are welcome tho

DANNIEmore: Check Portugese schs.wt jst ur o'level n passport,u cd get admission. Tuition very low as 900Euros per yr and u cn pay on instalment.

Portugese visa Account statement requirement is quite high. That's why I can't apply dir...I hrd around 3-5m nd I can only raise 1.5m.
