I have executed an interlocking stones project with LSDPC before and I applaud what they do. The project is financed by the Lagos State government, awarded to a private firm and the funds remitted from rent is paid back into government coffers.

It's a great initiative but fully owned by Lagos state government.

Kenya is accessible by road through Cotonou borders. You can have someone drive it there for you. All you have to do is tip customs and border people. 200k should be enough.
