So forgive me but has anyone answered the question is there a reliable broadband service that I can use in Port Harcourt? im using starcomms aircard 580 and I can't be handling it the connection is erractic the signal is bad and its so slow. I'm trying to use it to work from UK here but its not happening as it decides to disconnect me randomly tho sometimes it will be connected continually for hours or disconnects every 5 minutes. Even if theres nothing I can use here does anyone know if theres a way I can use a UK internet provider to work here? I don't care about cost but I need a reliable service.

T1 and E1 are workable in Lagos and Abuja.

but can you let me know what your really needed it for
e.g the size of regular data that you need to work with.
but not that this service is via Sat 3 cable only

i do not support higher school fees, cos as a 3rd world nation we need the all education we can get, may be they should have poor man school and rich man school so that one can go to the one he/she can afford simple.
a raise in fees do not necessarily translate to better education

if u must force people to cope then be ready for more corruption in the society cos everyone will lute to make ends meet
and more girls will prostitute to get their school fees(HIV for free and for all)

let us follow common sense, we need to consolidate our educational level (Nigeria is still undereducated cos 70% of Nigerian is uneducated, if this is true then with higher school fees 90% of Nigerian will be uneducated by year 2020)

it is a matter of one step forward 4 steps backward, all must think twice
after all no guarantee that all people will get a job that will pay them half of what you spend to get education.
may be Government will ask Banks to take school certificates as collateral's for loans after all you paid high premium on that investment

and if you get an average of 10.8 KBps [/color]or  as in [color=#990000]86.4 kbps [b][/b]note! the small b and the capital B are diffrent scales
you can test up to 10 times and take your average as the true reading here is my out put as pasted
if you beat mine then you have a good link form swift.

beat 10.8 KBps or  as in 86.4 kbps  and i will join you look at the time i did my test in the computer time bar in that snap shot so do your in the morning too my is constant even in the afternoon when internet use is high i still get this average
but in the night i get  11.7 KBps and i pay just =N=12. 000 monthly 24hours a day.

so who is losing?(cos am gaing money, Speed saving Time, +heavy download all at at time, and my Isp has been supporting me since 2003 till date and no stress attached. i even pay at the end of the month unlike other isp that force u to pay b4 u use.)
