WITH a month to the inauguration of an All
Progressives Congress (APC) federal government,
the street partying to celebrate the sweeping
success of the nation’s most successful opposition
party in history is winding down. Now is the time
to tackle the challenges of success.
The question on our lips today is: can the APC
survive the two tests of its manhood which lie in
wait for it? Between May 29th 2015 and May 28th
2019, the incoming ruling party will be sorely
tested with two challenges: (1) power sharing at
the outset of its reign and (2) the struggle for the
party’s tickets towards the end of the tenure. How
will the APC fare?
The party’s supporters and enthusiasts will answer
right away by saying the APC has already
conquered the biggest obstacles of forging a
successful merger of parties and unseating the
ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). But it
needs to be noted here that capturing power is
one thing, keeping it is yet another.
PDP collapsed because it could no longer maintain
the internal cohesion necessary for continuation as
a ruling party. It had little or no problem with
power sharing, but the integrity could no longer be
maintained in the struggle for its tickets in 2015. If
the APC wishes to last long as a ruling party,
these two elements must be satisfied, in addition
to good governance, of course.
There are some danger signals that, once you see
them manifesting within the APC, then you can
start a mental countdown to the end of its reign.
One of them is political greed.
That was one of the factors that led PDP to failure.
The Party thought that the larger its size the more
invincible it would be at the polls. This was the
factor that made former President Olusegun
Obasanjo to ensure that the opposition was not
allowed to stand on a firm footing. Eventually,
many opposition party leaders dumped their
parties, jumped into PDP and some of them even
got prestigious posts at all levels. PDP was
reduced to a free-for-all bazaar.
The upshot was that there were too many interests,
and once they could not be satisfied, they
automatically turned around to constitute internal
opposition in the PDP.
If you check the history of the PDP as a ruling
party, especially at the Centre, it was the PDP
National Assembly members that stood in the
forefront of opposition against the Executive
Branch. The Presidency under Obasanjo fought and
changed the leadership of the National Assembly
led by its party men.
It was PDP Senators that prevented President
Obasanjo from using the constitution amendment
of 2004/2006 to grab an extra term of office. The
APC only became a living threat to PDP when five
states controlled by the Party moved over to APC.
All these were traced to internal power struggles
occasioned by too many selfish interests clashing
against one another.
Preying on PDP’s remains
The APC is large enough to stand in the same
danger, unless it opts to learn from the foibles of
its predecessor in the presidential seat, the PDP. It
must resist the temptation of preying on what
remains of the PDP. It must also ensure it does
not interfere in the affairs of the party.
Though a political party is like a church which
never rejects new members, it must not give away
coveted posts to opportunistic newcomers. In fact,
the party should place all newcomers on probation
for at least four years to prove their genuine
commitment to the APC before they qualify for its
privileges. Giving away plum positions to
newcomers will create ill feelings among those
who fought and endured for the APC to become
the ruling party.
Rather than putting emphasis on increasing its
size, the APC will do itself – and our democracy –
a favour by firming up party principles and policies
and keeping members within its ideological
bounds through discipline and internal democracy.
The PDP should also pay attention to creating a
new ideological character for itself. What we need
within the next four years is to able to choose
between the party of the Progressives and the
Democrats. Solid ideological grounding, not mere
ephemeral size, is the only thing that will ensure
the longevity of both the APC and PDP.
The second issue that will determine APC’s fate as
a ruling party is how it manages its ethno-regional
differences. Put it in another way, how it handles
the political interests of its principal leaders:
President-elect, General Muhammadu Buhari, and
its erstwhile National Leader, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola
Tinubu. That these two gents were able to forge an
alliance that successfully saw off the mighty PDP
is a great feat which has become a milestone in
the nation’s political history. However, that is
where the problem starts.
Right now, the APC is still a gang-up of seventeen
states of the old Northern Region and four states of
the old West Region, with one vassal state each
from the old Eastern Region (Imo, whose fate is
still hanging) and old Mid-West (Edo). The PDP
has been completely shut down in Northern
Nigeria, save for Gombe (and Taraba, which is still
hanging).
The APC revolution in Northern Nigeria even put
away the issue of “Middle Belt”. The Minorities of
the North went with their Hausa/Fulani Majorities,
just as the Southern Minorities (except Edo) went
with their Igbo Majority neighbours. How will four
states of the South West cope under the
deadweight of seventeen states of the North in the
APC? It is more like a master-servant partnership
– what a partnership!
How will Tinubu continue to be the “National
Leader” of the APC with his power bloc forming
such a miserable minority in the partnership?
Though it is agreed that Tinubu’s South West
made Buhari’s victory possible (just as the South
East did for President Goodluck Jonathan in 2011)
how will that stand when an all-out power struggle
ensues?
This question becomes even more germane when
we realise that under our presidential system, the
president is the Leader of the ruling party. Buhari
is now the Leader of the APC. What becomes of
Tinubu, since two captains cannot command one
boat?
Buhari and regional supporters
A lot will depend on the mental attitude that Buhari
and his regional supporters are coming into this
dispensation with. If they are coming with the old
mindset of Northern domination and Southern
dependency, then we are in for a rough ride, just
as I have always warned. Will Buhari and his
Northern support group resist the temptation of
seeing this as a dispensation of the North having
“snatched” their power back with their might?
Or have they learned from the history of their past
attitude which made the idea of the North’s return
to power unpopular in the South in the past sixteen
years? Has Buhari put aside the mentality of
North’s alliance with the West with which he once
ran this country along with the late retired Major
General Tunde Idiagbon, whereby the entire East
and its Minorities were virtually shut out of
national relevance? That was why they refused to
vote for him, apart from the President Jonathan
factor.
Buhari can still surprise many of his critics by
seeing himself not just as Muslim/Arewa president
or even as a president of a North and West alliance
against the rest of the country. If he is able to
carry every section of the country along, not only
in the selection of top government officials but also
in the distribution of the benefits of good
governance, the entire nation will embrace him.
His Party will also benefit. Everything now depends
on Buhari.

of the Year, Harry Kane wins Young Player
Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been named the
PFA Player of the Year, with Tottenham striker
Harry Kane picking up the PFA Young Player of
the Year award.
Hazard was the clear favourite to win the award
for the first time, having inspired Chelsea to the
brink of the Premier League title.
Hazard won the PFA Young Player of the Year
award last season but graduates to top honours
having scored 13 goals and claimed eight assists
for Chelsea in the Premier League this season.
He won the poll ahead of Kane, with Manchester
United goalkeeper David De Gea third.
Hazard was one of six Chelsea players named in
the PFA Team of the Year.
As the award ceremony drifted late into Sunday
night, the suspense was rather dampened when
Monday's newspaper back pages were published
showing Hazard as the winner.
Kane, 21, also made the Team of the Year and
was recognised for his stunning season with the
Young Player of the Year prize, beating Hazard
into second with Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho
third.
The Spurs striker has scored 20 league goals this
season and is the third Tottenham player in four
years to collect the award after Kyle Walker in

President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday prayed for
the in-coming administration of General
Muhammadu Buhari. The President has also
admonished Nigerian leaders at various levels of
government to be ready to make sacrifices for the
growth of the nation, stressing that Nigerians
should not allow the challenges of today to weigh
them down.
In the same vein, he challenged Nigerian past
leaders to emulate the sterling qualities of
former Head of State, Gen. Yakubu Gowon; and the
former Head of the Interim National Government,
Chief Ernest Shonekan, both of whom he said have
demonstrated unequal patriotism to their
fatherland.
The President spoke at the fifth presidential prayer
breakfast held inside the old Banquet Hall of the
Presidential Villa, Abuja.

“We continue to pray for the country and of
course, we pray for the incoming government and
also pray for us who are leaving to have the
opportunity to serve humanity in different phases.
“I remember in 2009 when I visited the Nordic
countries, they told me they were celebrating 200
years of peace that has enabled them to develop.
Nigeria was 49 years as an independent nation in
2009.
“If the Nordic countries, well developed
technologically and otherwise, it means crisis
really retards development.
“So we have challenges, today we are talking about
boko haram in the north, kidnapping in south
south, south east. Atimes you are forced to think
that the nation is ending, definitely this country
will overcome this challenge. That is the reason for
these prayers. Just like prayers helped Nehemiah
to rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, our constant
prayers will help us rebuild this nation.
“For me, I have to thank God and Nigerians for the
privilege and opportunity given to me this past 16
years. I served my state as a deputy governor and
governor for eight years. From government house
in Yenegoa and then I came here to the state
house, Abuja served the country as vice president
and a president. That is a reasonable length of
time and so I have to thank God, first because if
God did not will it, it won’t have happened.
Emulate Gowon and Shonekan
According to the President, despite their tight
schedules and their ages, the two former leaders
had always attended programmes in the Villa any
time they are invited.
The support for me within this period, I will
continue to do my best as I’m gradually joining
Gowon and Shonekan to serve our country in
different capacities. “And I must commend Gen.
Gowon and Chief Shonekan and some of our
other leaders, for the eight years I have been as
vice president and president, whenever we called
upon them wherever they are in this world, they
will try to come. I have seen that they are
extremely patriotic and they believe in this
country. If all our leaders show that level of
commitment, that level of patriotism, that believe
and sincerity of purpose to our nation, then surely
we will go where we want to go.
Leaders must be ready to make sacrifices
“I always say leadership is not all about giving
directives, a successful leader must be ready to
make sacrifice. Everything about human life as an
individual, a child, if you don’t make the required
sacrifice you can’t go to where you want to go.
“If you don’t sacrifice your pleasure of course you
will know where you’ll end. As parents we know
the kind of sacrifice we make for our children to go
to school, to feed.
“To build a family you need sacrifice. So for those
who have the privileges of leading at local, state
and national levels, at all times we should be ready
to make sacrifice for our nation to grow.
“So as we call for prayers we also call on our
leaders not just local government chairmen,
governors and president’s alone , I’m also calling
on leaders at other levels, Ministers must make
the required sacrifice, our lawmakers because they
look at all our laws, they can create crisis in
country if they are not ready to do things the right
way.
“So all of us in leadership position must be ready
to make the sacrifice and with our prayers and with
our commitment Nigeria will surely get to where it
wants to go” he said.

relocate to a luxury villa
in his home town,
Otuoke, after his tenure
at Aso Rock expires on
May 29th, the Punch
reports.
Jonathan has reportedly
bought off the areas
surrounding his mansion
in Otuoke since 2013 and
developed the area it into
a fortress which is
currently guided by stern
looking soldiers.
It is believed that the
large area of land
contains at least eight
different structures
apparently for different
purposes: recreation,
security posts and guard
quarters. A visitor to
Otuoke will not be
penalised for calling the
place a fortress.
The mansions, which had
been undergoing
construction and
reconstruction in the last
10 years are now ready
for habitation. The area
they sit on is best
described as an island.
Activities in this place
had been at a lull until a
couple of weeks ago. And
it is largely believed that
come May 29, after the
expiration of his tenure,

relocate to the place

The National Coordinator of the Oodua Peoples
Congress, Gani Adams, on Thursday visited the
Nigerian Embassy in South Africa in support of
Nigerians affected by the spate of xenophobic
attacks in the country.Mr. Adams promised to
propose to the Nigeria​n​ government the need to
make additional laws that will further protect
Nigerians who have legitimate reasons to be
outside the country.
Mr. Adams was received by the Ambassador at
the Consulate General of Nigeria, Uche Ajulu-
Okeke.
He later addressed Nigerians assuring them that
the mission was doing everything it could to
ensure their safety
He promised to sensitise the Nigeria​n​ government
and Nigerians o​n​ the need to come to the aid of
Nigerians affected by xenophobia in South Africa.
He expressed his willingness to be of support to
the mission and Nigerians in any capacity that his
assistance may be required.
In her welcome remarks, the ambassador narrated
the genesis of xenophobia especially after the post
apartheid era which led to the hate of foreigners
and the eventual violent attacks.
She revealed that some Nigerians were target of
attacks and had their businesses disrupted.
She informed Mr. Adams that the embassy had
dedicated its old building as a camp for Nigerians
to seek refuge in case of any threat or danger.
The OPC leader commended the embassy for its
effort​ since the unwarranted attack on foreigners.
He thanked the ambassador for her hospitality
and the good work she was doing, which he said
was being noticed in Nigeria.
Meanwhile, the interaction was attended by the
executive members of the Nigerian Union in South
Africa, a cross section of Nigerians and members
of the Nigeria Mission in South Africa.

I decided to go and chill out in Mr Biggs when I

3) I can’t wait to meet your mum. She can wait,
a very, very long time. She probably would only

per se, but there are probably one or two or three
things that she’s planning to change about you.
At least she isn’t insulting you, I mean no one is
perfect right?
I’m fine. She’s not. If you had to ask, then you
should be smart enough to know she isn’t okay
with you. Sooner or later, all that pent up anger
she’s been holding in, will explode in your face.
Woman use this lie as an emotional defense, we
expect you to know what the problem is already.If
you want to save your relationship, sort out the
problem quickly.
9) I love sports! If you’re lucky enough to date a
girl who does love sports, then this may not
necessarily be a lie. However if she hates
watching sports, she’s lying to prove how much
you have in common and that she’s different from
all your other girlfriends. Speed up a couple of
weeks and she’ll be complaining every time that
you watch too much sports.
10) I could never lie to you. If we lived in a perfect
world, perhaps. So now you know, your women
are from perfect but then neither are you. Most
women only lie to you to protect you and to save
their own skins in some situations. Good thing
about these lies are they are not intended to hurt
you just mostly to flatter you.
I am not condoning or condemning women that
lie but showing that these lies are part of
everyday life and nor am I generalizing that every
woman lies.

ABUJA— A meeting of senior members of the All
Progressives Congress, APC, called to resolve
issues concerning the zoning of top offices in the
incoming majority party in the National Assembly
ended in a deadlock, Wednesday night.
The meeting came to a deadlock on account of the
tussle between leaders of the North-East and
South-West for the office of Speaker of the House
of Representatives.
The leaders at the meeting, nevertheless, agreed on
the zoning of the office of Senate President to the
North-Central and the Secretary to the Government
of the Federation, SGF, to the South-East.
Meanwhile, returning members of the House of
Representatives were, yesterday, understood to
have forged a consensus on breaking the deadlock
by throwing up two of the returning members as
their choice for speaker and deputy speaker.
Sources in the House confided in Vanguard last
night that the returning members have thrown up
outgoing minority leader, Femi Gbajabiamila and
Yakubu Dogara for either speaker or deputy
speaker of the House of Representatives.
Among those that attended the meeting on
Wednesday night at the Rivers State Governor’s
Lodge on Hassan Usman Katsina Street, Asokoro,
Abuja were President-elect, Gen. Muhammadu
Buhari (retd); Vice-President-elect, Prof. Yemi
Osinbajo; party leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu;
governors-elect, senators-elect as well as some
executive officers of the party.
Deadlock over zoning of speakership position
Vanguard gathered that besides reaching a
consensus on the Senate Presidency which it
zoned to North-Central, the meeting reached a
deadlock on the issue of the Speaker as both
supporters of the zoning of the office to the North-
East and the South-West maintained their grounds.
A source, who was in the meeting, said the
meeting at one stage degenerated to a hot verbal
exchange between the supporters of the two zones.
The development, it was gathered, forced the
meeting to mandate the president-elect and the
vice-president-elect to resolve the issue on a later
date.
A senior member of the National Executive
Committee, NEC, who was present at the meeting,
however, played down developments at the
meeting as he said what took place was not a
formal meeting.
He said: “We have not held our NEC and our NEC
is going to resolve all these issues, so there is no
need for anxiety.”
Returning Reps members root for Gbajabiamila,
Dogara
Meanwhile, returning members elected on the
platform of the APC and the Peoples Democratic
Party, PDP, are said to be urging the APC to
produce either the outgoing minority leader, Femi
Gbajabiamila and Yakubu Dogara for either speaker
or deputy speaker of the House of Representatives.
The members were said to have passed on the
message that they would be comfortable with
either of them as speaker and the other as deputy.
Gbajabiamila is from Lagos State while Dogara is
from Bauchi State, the two zones that are in
contention for the speaker.
However, speaking to journalists, Senator Ali
Ndume, APC, Borno South, pleaded that the party
should consider the North-East in zoning the
position of speaker of the House of
Representatives.
He said: “You see, the North-East produced the
second largest vote for APC during the last
election and if you are looking for people that will
be consistent for being in opposition all this while,
Borno and Yobe in particular have been consistent
in opposition. Now that the power has shifted from
the former majority party, PDP, to the opposition
and we happened to be there, that is one reason.
“Secondly, we are the most devastated in terms of
the level of insurgency and marginalization during
this political dispensation. Thirdly, North-East is
among the poorest regions on earth according to
the United Nations Human Development Indices.
Because of her natural position, we will need to be
placed in the power kitchen whereby we will not be
lacking.
“Because we were marginalized, we are in a
desperate need to ensure that he who is in the
kitchen will never stay hungry. But I told you that
all these are statistics. And lastly in the last
election, North-East produced the second largest
votes and then we took over two states from the
PDP — Bauchi and Adamawa — and we are hopeful
that we will take over Taraba.
“So, looking at these credentials now, they qualify
us to get the highest possible office that is
available. That is our argument but if the party has
other considerations, then we will look at it.”

What is the Attorney General doing?

ABUJA—Poised for a last fight, the Federal Government, yesterday, dragged the National Assembly to the Supreme Court, seeking for an order nullifying all the proposed amendments to the 1999 constitution.


In an originating summons it filed through a former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Chief Bayo Ojo, SAN, FG, prayed the apex court to declare as unconstitutional, the amendments as proposed by the lawmakers.
Specifically, FG urged the apex court to set aside sections 3, 4, 12, 14, 21, 23, 36, 39, 40, 43 and 44 of the Fourth Alteration Act, 2015, purportedly passed by the Defendant.

It contended that the said Fourth Alteration Act 2015, was not passed with the mandatory requirement of four-fifths majority of members of the Defendant (National Assembly), and the mandatory due processes provided for under the relevant sections of the extant Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, as amended.

Besides, it posed two questions for the apex court to determine, including, “Whether the proposed amendment to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (hereinafter referred to as the Constitution) by the Defendant through sections 3, 4, 12, 14, 21, 23, 36, 39, 40, 43 and 44 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, ((Fourth Alteration) Act 2015 (hereinafter referred to as The Fourth Alteration Act 2015) which purportedly altered sections 8, 9, 34, 35, 39, 42, 45, 58, 84, 150, 174 and 211 of the Constitution without compliance with the requirements of section 9(3) of the Constitution is not unconstitutional, invalid, illegal, null and void?

As well as, “Whether in the absence of compliance by the Defendant with the mandatory requirement of section 9(3) of the Constitution in the passage of the Fourth Alteration Act, 2015, the Defendant can competently exercise its powers under section 58(5) of the Constitution to enable the purported Act to become Law?“

More over, FG prayed the apex court to declare that the proposed amendments to the Constitution, through sections 3, 4, 12, 14, 21, 23, 36, 39, 40, 43 and 44 of the Fourth Alteration Act, 2015, which purportedly altered sections 8, 9, 34, 35, 39, 42, 45, 58, 84, 150, 174 and 211 of the Constitution and passed by the Defendant without complying with the mandatory requirement of section 9(3) and (4) of the said Constitution stipulating passage by at least four-fifths majority of all members of each House specified in sections 48 and 49 of the Constitution, is unconstitutional, invalid, illegal, null and void and of no effect whatsoever.

It further wants the court to declare that in the absence of compliance by the Defendant with the mandatory requirements of section 9(3) of the Fourth Alteration Act, 2015 which purportedly altered sections 8, 9, 34, 35, 39, 42, 45, 58, 84, 150, 174 and 211 of the Constitution, it is unconstitutional for the Defendant to exercise its powers under section 58(5) of the Constitution to enable the purported Act to become Law.
Meantime, the suit was supported by an affidavit that was deposed to by one of the lawyers in Ojo’s chambers, Mr. Theophilus Okwute, who maintained the AGF, Mohammed Bello Adoke, SAN, told him that the purported Fourth Alteration Act 2015 was not passed with the mandatory requirement of four-fifths majority of members of the Defendant and the mandatory due processes provided for under the relevant sections of the extant Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended.

He averred that the Defendant is making moves, with the tacit consent of all the State Houses of Assembly, to employ certain provisions of the Constitution so as to ensure that the purported Fourth Alteration Act, 2015 is passed into law by all means.

He said: “That the said purported Fourth Alteration Act 2015 contains many proposed amendments inconsistent with the spirit of federalism, separation of powers and checks and balances, all of which constitute the hallmark of the Constitution and democracy.

The Inspector-General of Police, Mr Suleiman
Abba, yesterday, became the first major casualty
of the just concluded general elections, which
President Goodluck Jonathan and his party, the
Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, lost to the
opposition.The police officer, who was elevated to
the post only last year, incurred the wrath of the
Presidency on the eve of the governorship and
House of Assembly elections for allegedly arguing
with the government officials over the directive to
recall the Assistant Inspector-General of Police in
Charge of Zone 6, Tunde Ogunshakin, from Rivers
State.
Abba, it was learnt, had deployed Ogunshakin
from his base in Calabar to Port Harcourt to
oversee the governorship election in Rivers State
following complaints by Governor Rotimi Amaechi
of Rivers State, that the police had collaborated
with the Independent National Electoral
Commission, INEC, and the PDP to intimidate APC
members and rig the presidential and National
Assembly elections in the state.

His refusal to pick calls over Ogunshakin’s recall

Another source said the former police boss
reportedly ignored presidency official’s objection
to the deployment of Ogunshakin to Rivers State
on the allegation that the police officer was
sympathetic to Amaechi and his party and would,
therefore, not allow the PDP win the state.
A Presidency source told Vanguard that on
learning that the IG had defied its order by
redeploying Ogunshakin to Rivers State to
supervise the governorship elections. A
presidency official called the former police boss to
recall the AIG with immediate effect from Rivers
State or face the consequences.
The source said the presidency felt slighted when
it could not get through to Abba.
The former police boss reportedly told the
Presidency that AIG Ogunshakin was a formidable
Police officer whom he described as a ‘no-
nonsense officer’ feared and respected in the
Police Force hierarchy and capable of ensuring
law and order in the place of new assignment.
Vanguard learnt that although the sacked IG
reluctantly recalled Ogunshakin from Rivers State,
forcing him to quit Port Harcourt by 5 am on the
election day, Presidency did not forgive Abba for
redeploying Ogunshakin reluctantly.

Another sin of the former IG was his presence at
the presentation of the Certificate of Return to
Muhammadu Buhari at the International
Conference Centre on April 1, 2015, which
convinced the Presidency that the IG was actually
working for the opposition and it moved quickly
against him.
Arase replaces Abba

The Senior Special Adviser to the President on
Public Affairs, Dr. Doyin Okupe, could not also be
reached for comments on the development.
Abba’s sack was announced by the president’s
spokesman, Reuben Abati, in a statement
yesterday. No reason was given for the sack while
a Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Solomon
Arase, was appointed to act in his stead.
Abati’s statement read in full: “President
Goodluck Jonathan has relieved the Inspector-
General of Police, Mr. Suleiman Abba, of his
appointment and duties with immediate effect.
“President Jonathan has also appointed Deputy
Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Solomon Arase,
as Acting Inspector-General of Police, also with
immediate effect.
“Until his appointment as Mr. Abba’s
replacement, Mr. Arase was the Head of the Force
Criminal Intelligence and Investigation
Department.
“Mr. Arase holds Bachelors and Masters degrees
in Law, as well as Bachelors and Masters degrees
in Political Science and Strategic Studies.
“He is also a Fellow of the Nigerian Defence
College.”
Mr. Abba, 56, became acting Inspector General on
August 1, 2014 following the retirement of his
predecessor, Mohammed Abubakar, after 35 years
of public service.
He was confirmed substantive IGP on November
4, 2014.
Abba was, until that appointment, an Assistant
Inspector General, AIG, in charge of Zone 7
Command, a position he occupied since May 25,
2012. He was also an Aide-De-Camp, ADC, to the
wife of a former military Head of State, Maryam
Abacha.
With his removal, Mr. Abba will proceed on forced
retirement, four years before he attains retirement
age.
He enlisted in the Nigeria Police as Cadet
Inspector on December 31, 1984 and is actually
due for retirement on March 22, 2019.

A friend of mine was given admission to study early childhood education in the university... and he don't want to accept the course because that's not the course he applied for ... but I advised him to do it... because he has wasted years sitting at home doing nothing....
