nairalanda1:I disagree respectfully bro. Not only in oil and gas. If a major event affects the supply of a commodity in Nigeria, and then the prices go up, you will never see the price come down when that event is addressed. Also, the shop in filling station is just an add-on. At times, a different vendor runs that shop, and only pay lease. Nigeria is just a corrupt entity with weak regulatory oversights. |
I am in Canada, and as soon as prices of crude went down, this impacted fuel prices immediately. As in immediately. Even where there is no war, and some random events happen that affects supply, prices will go up. But you know what, the prices always come down when those events stop. Nigeria is a strange or inflated economy as someone earlier explained. Demand should naturally influence prices. But in Nigeria the reverse is the case. All these arguments about old stock and prices is just lame, and I have no energy arguing with such people. Let's see how long it will take for them to sell 'old stock', and then bring the price down. Get ready to wait forever! Nigeria is a corrupt entity, period! |
Blackskinned:The gut is disgusting. Probably not up to 5 men running this crap, but the Nigerian Military and Police cannot do their damn job! Shame. |

If they move out the people defending these politicians to developed countries to see infrastructure being built, and befitting of human habitation, when they come back to Nigeria, their perception will really change. The sad thing is the billions that must have been budgeted for this thing they call hospital. We deserve more in 2025. Its even more of a shame seeing someone as Professor Soludo touting this as achievement. Sad. |
The rich also cry |
It shouldn't have gotten to this stage though. The enmity between their kids is just going to last for generations. |
let me understand. Does it mean for one year the rate is 25%? |
I just pity Oriyomi Hamzat. Where will he find the energy to report on the murder case against Oduduwa University founder again? |
If they give these guys $20 billion, which is times 2 of the requested amount, they still would not provide 24hrs electricity. Bunch of incompetent clowns. |
It is satanic asking consumers of electricity of developing nation to pay N200,000 per month for electricity bills. Why should people even receive estimated billing to begin with? It is criminal on the part of the distribution companies. Allow customers to buy meters from third party vendors, or supply them directly. It is 2024 for heavens sake!!! Here in Canada, for 24hrs light, with heavy usage in a month, for a three bedroom, you won’t be paying more than N140,000 and you can easily afford it with the minimum wages that you earn in a typical 8 hour shift in a day. I mean, the money you earn in 7 hours(a days work) can conveniently pay your electricity bill for the whole month. The exploitation in Nigeria is mind boggling, and their supporters are also shocking . |
What budget could complete 2 nos of 3 bedroom duplex on 400sqm in Sangotedo, Lagos. Basic finishing. A rough estimate in todays market. Please and thank you. |
And who says INEC would not be compromised if they conduct state elections? The state governor will call all INEC officials into his office and give them handouts and also threaten them that if they want to leave the state alive, then they must play along. |
pconsult1:is this the budget for the whole project or just part? |
I commend the speed of your work. How long did it take you to get to this stage from inception please? |
And yet police is yet to arrest killers of Deborah in her school, who was caught on camera saying he participated in killing her. Jokers |
These are what we should be promoting in a state like plateau and not the insecurity prevailing in the state. The more reason government needs to tackle security without sentiment and treat criminals like criminals so that we can attract investors. |
A simple google search of 'how long does an autopsy take' will reveal 4 hours to couple of weeks, and not three months. Three whole months. The boldness with which our authorities lie to the general populace is so brazen! As a young man, do yourself a favor and get out of that sinking ship called Nigeria! |
FuckingMachine:Your mindset is worrisome. |
malali:I would rather my sister be in school by then. Marriage will not the my sisters preoccupation by that age. |
I beg you in the name of God, go Canada. I will remember you in my prayers that you don’t change your mind and stay back in Nigeria. Shalom! |
This house is too beautiful for aluminum roofing. But I understand you did something within your budget. More grace to you… |
@spyder880... Any idea pls |
spyder880:Thank you. I am looking at Ajah or Sangotedo or Abijo @spyder880 |
Your speed is amazing. What could be your rough estimate for 4 units of 3 bedroom flats with standard rooms if given as a contract? Price range... Also estimate for standard 3 bedroom duplex...rough estimate. Assume standard room sizes...thank you. |
Some young unarmed lady wears a cloth with some funny color combinations. Some jobless security agencies that have been unable to fish out sponsors of Boko Haram for years picks up this lady and keeps her in detention for two years without presenting any charges. And you find some people still justifying this evil. Joke of a country! |
You pay rent in full, you buy all food stuffs. You have tried. If she was the one buying all the food in the house, I would have said give her. But as it is, I won’t advise you to begin what you can’t end. When kids come in and school fees starts, you will know that even though you earn more than her now, you will be broke because your woman will expect you to pay all kids school fees. Don’t assume you will always be in that your job giving you that guaranteed income. What if you lose your job tomorrow? She won’t lift a finger in the homes expense? Don’t start what you cannot end. If she insists on the allowance, then insist she must pay part of the rent or take responsibility for feeding at home. It is well. |
It’s incredible how low Nigeria has sunk. This car few years back used to retail for 750-800k as Tokunbo. Now a used one is going for 1.5m…. |
This guy must have begged to marry Dbanj sister back then in 2013 o…but now small money don enter him hand, he is calling out great Dbanj… Ogba e nu tan o! |
The question I keep asking myself is this- why can’t these ladies go for men without baggages? This same Blessing gives daily relationship advise online and spoke so much in support of IVD during the saga. My one cent is this- this is just so so so early! Way too early!!! And to even go ahead and make it public! Shame is long dead in some peoples dictionary. |
The staunchest supporter of APC will rain curses on them when he steps out of Nigeria and sees how a country should be properly governed…. |
Any idea pls
