If you are a youth BTW ages 20-40, and working... Save that money and get a visa out of Nigeria.
Don't let your kids disdain you in future for not taking this life changing decision.

Modified: I dedicate this space to draw the attention of Gov Sanwo-Olu to the bad portion of road(huge hole) at Oke-afa towards Jakande estate, Isolo, Lagos, I weep whenever I pass that road- depicts absolute failure of government. Mr Gov. the rains are over please, get to work.

Cool down. First, I'm not working in Revenue bla bla as you suggested. Board members are politicians. The work is for beaurocrats who are supposed to educate and advise the board members . I said in my post above that we are taking the matter up in our office because their tax exemption is an anormally and can't be justified.

I stated the constitutional responsibilities, amongst others, of the institution that i was talking about, as agaist the one you claim has no clear mandate. This one has a clear mandate. This is not the forum for a comprehensive discussion of government policies and and departmental mandates. I only intended to make a little reference. You cant take me up here. A company is unjustifiable exempted from taxation and my office is trying to address the issue as i posted and i cant really fathom the reason for your outburst.
Brilliant, just like going to audit alpha beta consulting that belongs to the king of bourdillon and you discover they have been underpaying tax for years or even exempt from paying tax themselves... Which mouth will you use to ask show me the act backing this anomaly? You are a wise man jor!

There was a strong negative divergence on banking stocks TA. You won't understand.

Agba saw it last week. FXUSER knew about it 2 weeks like I did. While I was talking ' half empty', FXUSER was talking half full. Though that is how TA works at times. Most of the breakouts were just to trap people.

I'm sure BBM must have seen it as well.
I might not be good in TA, but my gut/instinct notified me about this info. Reason i had to quickly sell my FBNH at 7.35.
One can always buy later. Cash is king.
PoliticsRe: Is This Well Located In Nigeria? (Photo) by Homextras: 10:40am On Jan 16, 2020
The state and local government officials there will resist you and say they have a master blue print to build a world class well.

They will malign you, label you as opposition politician interested in doing that so, as to expose their deficiencies.

Keep your money Nigeria cant, and doesnt want to be helped......

Nigeria's case is complex, and I sometimes find it hard to wrap my head around it.
Government scams the people and do not spend money on maintenance of aged infrastructure, and when they manage to supply the power sef, you have lots of people who also steal electricity.

Nigeria's budget for power in 2020 is circa $453m for a country with population of close to 200m. This is around the same amount the senators allocate to themselves per year.

A province in Canada with a population of around 1m people would budget and use up around $830m per year on power.
A country beyond redemption....I don't doubt this electricity bill figure as my sister in the U.S pays around same rates.... If Nigeria had a million refineries, our fuel subsidy will unfortunately increase, if Nigeria has the largest limestone deposit her citizens will still pay the highest price for cement...Nigerian Senators earn more than their counterparts in rich countries...for years, DSTV has been a monopoly, subjecting our citizens to terrible exploitation and no govt official has deemed it fit to change the narrative, provided their palms are constantly greased...Nigeria, a country beyond redemption....

wow... $40 to $50 is cheap for electricity. The last time I paid that out here in the west was back in Calgary, 2014. Standard monthly charge before usage charge of electricity is like $25 bucks here in Sask. Alberta would likely be similar too. Then when family size increases, it goes up too.
while the fraudsters in Nigeria sends you estimated bills of N21,000/month/3 bed-room flat for avg light of 6hrs max/day...sorry to digress..

Inflation is at 11.85%, buying tbills for 6% is just useless. Apart from the stanbic dollar fund, I’m also thinking of opening a union bank domiciliary account that gives interest. Anyone that has info on it?
I agree fully...let's task our brain a little.
Agreed that we all want our capital preserved but getting 5% per annum is too ridiculous. I could as well buy recharge card or cement and turn it over several times in a year... Let's look at other businesses, and leave this tbills alone abeg...
Look at stocks, a four month time frame will give u 14% minimum if you stick with zenith, gtb or uba as they will all pay dividend..
Inflation rate is high guys, devaluation risk also staring at us, get creative...
Shalom..

exactly my reasoning...
very soon he and his cohorts will embark on foreign trips to these nations repeatedly, and COLLECT HUGE TRAVEL ALLOWANCES AND EXPENSES FOR THEMSELVES.

This is Nigeria.
