dmcdad: Even though you are right with this, I still think it would help their development. If they were around, they would bank mainly on cup games to be fielded and some other minor times. I don't think that could be compared to being in a club where you are able to play week-in week-out. Do you think if Rafinha were to be around last season he would gain the kinda experience he had at Celta? Certainly not! Imagine that he played against Barca, and the two Madrid clubs last season. You would agree with me that were he to be around, he wouldn't have featured in at least 50% of those matches (home and away). But he played against the big boys which was something good for his development.Well unless we are ready to suffer what we suffered last season and also have the belief of not winning a trophy this season, then we can as well go ahead. |
dmcdad: Liverpool are the current suitor, but then it doesn't seem as promising as one would hope.Nope i didn't.. who's the person? BTW, how many DM do we have we sell and Song and loan out Roberto? |
We are grateful to those who patronize us, we appreciate your patronage! ![]() |
dmcdad: With Deulofeu out, I doubt they would wanna loan him, even though they play different positions.Well, it doesn't look like he's got any serious suitor o.. |
dmcdad: He will fetch players from the reserve then. The idea is, the reserve players would be called up when the need arises, but not on a permanent basis like was done with the likes of Sergi Roberto, Tello and co.When the best that should be in the reserve team are being loaned out, what exactly do you expect to get as replacement for injured players? ![]() |
dmcdad: There were some rumours last week that Sergi Roberto would be loaned out. I would have loved that idea though because it would have given him more playing time and an opportunity to gather some experience that would eventually be vital for his return. That means Song is going to have more playing time if this happens.. |
dmcdad: I guess not... Lucho has been wanting to reduce the number of first team players to 23, having two players for each position and three for the goalkeeping position.Hmmm, so what happens when we face injury worries as usual? |
Now that D. Suarez and Deuf have been loaned out, do we still see up to 4 younger ones becoming a part of the senior squad? |
khalebzy: Me: Dad i passed my waecVery valid question.. your dad is smart! ![]() |

@Tom Greed, Unstable emotion (indecision) and fear.. These are your inner profit hunters.. involve yourself in something totally different from forex trading for maybe 6 months and in the process, learn to manage these 3 things. With these 3 traits, you can't become anything in forex. My small advice. Shalom! |
homesteady: Cameroon has the most unorganised football FA in this world, they are always on the news for bad reasons, it is always aboutSo you think Song is so poor that the best way to survive is to fix matches? how much exactly is he going to be paid that he hasn't seen before? The other players that have misbehaved, why are they not being probed? how come it's only African players that people automatically condemn when it comes to match fixing? Bro, until FIFA rule on him, what you are doing is nothing but defamation of character. you don't like him i know, but its unreasonable to condemn him without any evidence/ruling. |
homesteady: Match fixing investigations take a long time, he will surely be caught! You still didn't answer me, why is his own obvious and not the rest? ![]() |
homesteady: honeric01 You can read more through the linkWhy is his own "obvious" and not the other names i listed that did worse things than him? there's nothing obvious there! |
^^^ What does this confirm? FIFA didn't find him guilty of anything, so where are you getting your own "confirmation" from? |
homesteady: Cameroon's vs Croatia! That match was obviously fixed, and this useless song had a hand in it, because I see no reason why he fooolishhly elbowed Manzudic, if not that he has been paid to get a red card!Rumour.. what makes it obvious? Maybe Totti also fixed all the games he spat on people, Zidane also fixed the world cup finals for headbutting Materazzi, Suarez fixed all the matches he bit people... brother.. stop peddling rumours.. you are not the only one he hates Song's game play but then, we shouldn't name a dog a bad name just to kill it. |
homesteady: I just read that Song injured ter Stegen during trainingWhich match did he fix and why is he not being probed/fined if he did? ![]() |
Birikiti: Update!!But if 1305 breaks, it's likely to take your SL and still move back up to 1310.. just saying... |

tchaikovsky: ^^^^You dey mind the oversmart guy? You know Nigerians like blaming others for everything, so I am not surprised seeing alot of likes for his comments... Just type what people like, viola that's all no matter how "irrelevant " the word is. |
repogirl: Liberian airport, he refused a handshake from a customs officer and was even seen lying on his belly ON THE FLOOR ![]() Haba, but then the Govt of Liberia should be blamed for not doing their job properly. |
ISpiksDaTroof: If this is how you argue in real life, believe me when I say people dont like you--- except theyre just as simple minded and illogical like yourself. They might not tell it to your face, but they sure as hell say it behind your back. You see your problem? you think you are too big to be countered, now that i countered you, all you can do is abuse and use all manner of insulting words.. too bad.... ![]() Now, let me make my points clearer/ make your post look "shallow". Estonia is the 5th tallest country in the world with better looking teenagers than Obama's daughter, yet they have nothing like what you listed as "good life" in their country. ![]() There are alot of countries out there with all the "social issues" you listed who have numerous citizens in their country better looking, taller and fresher than the US president's daughter. ![]() Too bad you think it's because Nigeria is riddled with "social issues", hence the reason we don't see a 16 years old girl with 6'1 height as normal and average thing. see, your comment is just one of the irrational ranting some Nigerians are known of on this forum. they use everything out there in other countries to insult and ridicule the country. ![]() Once more, Obama's daughter height and "well being" is not because she's the daughter of a president in a "working" country, her height and well being is mainly because she's an Obama and has the gene of her father/mother in her. ![]() Lastly, have you seen the kids of the second richest man in the world? Bill gates.... tell me why his kids look the way they look even though they also live in a "working country". ![]() BTW, you are the one being corrected and not the other way round or you didn't know that? ![]() |
I just pity Ukraine, they allowed the Americans to use them, now their country is likely going the Libya/Iraq, Egypt way.. |
Russia Could Invade Ukraine On Multiple Fronts If Putin Chose Russia could be maneuvering itself into a position from which it could carry out an invasion of Ukraine from multiple fronts, including a possible strike close to the Ukrainian capital, Kiev. According to The Interpreter, there has been a sharp increase in Russian troop movements in Belarus. Belarus borders Ukraine to the north, and the border crossing between the two countries is located less than 150 miles from Kiev. Belarus and Russia share close relations. Russia maintains military bases in the country, and Russia recently announced plans to build an airbase in the west of Belarus. A YouTube video, thought to have been taken today in the Belarusian city of Vitebsky, shows a large number of Russian troops and equipment. The city is located approximately eight hours due north of Ukraine. A second YouTube video, shot on August 10, depicts another large armored convoy in Novoshakhtinsk, by the Rostov region of Russia. This convoy is less than 20 miles from the Ukrainian border, and it is less than 150 miles to either of the separatist-held cities of Luhansk or Donetsk. Simultaneously, a Russian aid convoy is set to enter Ukraine in the north east through the city of Kharkhiv, according to a document translated by The Interpreter. The convoy is said to contain humanitarian cargo for the east of Ukraine and it will fly under the signal of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) once it passes into Ukrainian territory. Russian aid convoy puts Ukraine in difficult position The Kremlin's rush to get a massive aid convoy to civilians trapped in eastern Ukraine has confronted the Kiev government with the dubious choice of appearing insensitive as it delays delivery to inspect the cargo or letting through unchecked goods that could resupply a sputtering separatist rebellion. Either way, Russian President Vladimir Putin scores a moral victory with the Russian-speaking communities in eastern Ukraine, where state-run Russian television has already convinced most residents that their suffering is due to a brutal Ukrainian government offensive. The provision of water, baby food, sleeping bags and medicines could also blunt any Russian domestic backlash should Putin let the encircled separatists fall to the resurgent Ukrainian forces, analysts say. Pro-Russia gunmen seeking to wrest eastern Ukraine from Kiev's rule seized much of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions in a spring uprising inspired by Russia's annexation of the Crimean peninsula in March. But as the militants have been pushed out of more than half of the seized territory over the last month, Russia has amassed 20,000 troops on Ukraine's eastern border in what NATO officials have warned could be a prelude to an invasion. Russian military veterans who commanded insurgent operations in the spring have withdrawn in recent days, leaving a weakened separatist force that the Ukrainian government says is now surrounded in its last two strongholds. The signs of a failing rebellion and the potential for Russian intervention to save it have made Kiev fearful that the Russian relief mission could be a Trojan Horse operation to reinforce the militants with arms and fighters. Russia's emergency services ministry dispatched a 280-truck convoy Tuesday, before details of its entry into Ukraine and distribution of the aid had been agreed to by the government in Kiev. A top advisor to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko warned that Russian military vehicles and personnel wouldn't be allowed through the border and that the Russian aid must instead be transferred to vehicles owned or leased by the International Committee of the Red Cross. http://www.latimes.com/world/europe/la-fg-russia-ukraine-convoy-20140813-story.html |
Once a European financial stalwart, Germany now in trouble The standoff between Russia and the European Union is hurting the outlook for Germany. Europe’s biggest economy may have contracted for the first time since 2012 in the second quarter. We get Germany’s GDP data on Thursday, but Bob Doll, chief equity strategist at Nuveen Asset Management says Europe was fragile to begin with and then the standoff happened. “As you know even prior to this, Italy was dipping back into recession, we’ve got some macro-economic numbers out of Germany that have been on the weak side, and so Europe is just kind of muddling through at best,” he says. Doll adds quantitative easing may “not be out of the question, Mario Draghi recently hinted at that at some point, should Europe need it. Which should be a good help for risk assets (stocks) in Europe.” The ECB President recently said policy makers are willing to use unconventional measures including QE if needed. Separately, inversions deals took a hit last week when Walgreens (WAG) decided it wouldn’t reincorporate overseas. Inversions refers to the practice of U.S. companies purchasing foreign firms so they can lower their tax bills by moving their domiciles out of the U.S. The move followed political pressure from the administration with President Obama threatening legislation. Doll dismisses it all as noise in an election year and he says unless the U.S. lowers it corporate tax rates, inversions aren’t going anywhere. “I am surprised that we did not get a whole lot more prior to the last few months. I mean, it's part of the tax code, corporations have a responsibility of maximizing their bottom line and their growth rate for their shareholders. And if I can minimize my tax rate by moving to another geography, why wouldn’t I do that?” One of Doll’s stock picks for 2014 is Pfizer- a company that attempted an inversion with its failed bid for Astra-Zeneca. If you want to find out more of the stocks Bob Doll likes, check out our interview with him on Yahoo Finance Wednesday morning. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/once-a-european-financial-stalwart--germany-now-in-trouble-162645735.html |
repogirl: he was caught on the airport camera. The camera showed he was avoiding people? mind elaborating? Why should you not avoid people especially in a country not yours? |
repogirl: Yeah, he was innocent and that was why he avoided everyone like a plague at the airport , why did he do that? Possibly because he knew/suspected he was carrying a plague, duh?How did you know this? |
