For people that have done TB, please there is a form they asked us to fill, how am I supposed to fill it for a baby without an international passport yet? It's asking for passport issue date ans expiry date

Pls how possible is this? The priority for the main applicant and standard for others.
Pls can you put me thriugh how to go about it?
