Guys,pls read between d lines.i said i misplaced my celtel(browser)sim and i did welcome bck i was able 2 continue browsing.in additn,my room-mate misplaced his celtel sim since march this very yr,when i told him how i did my own welcome bck,he went to celtel office and did welcome bck.guys,guess what?his sim not only became active,but he could use it 2 browse.d truth is dat i personally activated his sim to celtel gprs b4 he misplaced his sim.

@cabila.how?elucidate and expantiate.make me to reason with u.

@chuchwhite. i sent u both d internet/wap settings long time ago.is it dat,celtel deactivated ur line or u misplaced it?

PORT:3130.Hope ur phone is not LG phone.when i used to have LG U8180 i couldn't just browse with my phone.i later discovered frm their customer care dat LG Phones are not just compatible with glo gprs.i dont know as of now sha.cheers.do u need their mms setting too?

Guys,i misplaced my celtel(browser)sim yesterday.after ransacking the room looking for it,but to no avail.i decided to do welcome back.my fears was that,after d welcome back will i be able to browse.i called their customer care and asked about their gprs,the attendant bluntly told meno celtel gprs available for now,until further notice.i chuckled.i went to their office immediately and did welcome back,i was actually thinking i will insert d sim after 2-3days like MTN network.To my amazement,i was told instantly that my line have been activated.i couldn't believe it.i immediately inserted my sim,after i might have soliloquized saying,"hope this people have not deactivated my gprs."i launch my gprs,as usual it started browsing.i said to myself,"HonSULE welcome back to another phase of celtel free browsing"did i say free browsing?

for Tope to acquiesced with Sect for once on this topic,guys,i think it calls for celebratn.in other words,i hereby declared d feud that existed hitherto btw d two parties settled.did i hear sb saying sth else contrary?

i bought two mtel lines in Jos,basically for browsing.mtel have two types of lines.mtel Biz talk & mtel.the former can't just work on any phone,but it have been automatically configured for browsing.i went to their office in jos and swap the biz talk line with their normal mtel line.unfortunately,in jos there is no mtel network for now.on getting to school(u.i)i discovered that there is mtel service in the campus.i just called their customer care with my mtel line for the first time,since i bought my line.moreover no credit on my line.i know how to configure mtel gprs.well,guys,i will keep you people posted,if i start browsing with my mtel line.guys,get ready to get yourselves mtel line for browsing.cheers.

@samir101ng.u are feeling me.@Tope.u thought i was lying when i said that,there is no celtel gprs in Ijebu ode.not only celtel,but my mtn couldn't browse.am a down-to-earth guy.(sincere n honest)

@All.by d end of this month(october)u guys will be able to use ur lines to browse again.but as for some of us, our line still dey browse 24/7.@Tope.i dont think Emeka caused d blocking of any celtel activatn.guys cheers.

@sect.i don't think even after celtel launches its gprs ending of this month they wont be able 2 beat glo gprs in terms of coverage.coverage is my emphasis ok

u can only browse 4 (free) if only u recharge.u correct prof

Any where there is glo network,u can browse there,but dat is not d case with celtel atleast 4 now.do u concur?

comparing mtn,glo and celtel gprs in terms of locatn of browsing,glo is da bomb.i am presently in Ijebu ode(gateway stadium)for a 4 days CLASFON programme.i took along with me my 3 sims{mtn,glo n celtel}i tried browsin with my mtn,but no data packet,i tried celtel same response,but d moment i inserted my glo line,come and see browsin.in fact am posting this thread with my glo line.GLO una 2 much 4 una gprs,abi glo don join 3G.Any where there is glo network u can just browse.
