I think I can answer this for yizzy.

You need to do a keyword research with Google keyword planner. .. To find the ones with a higher monthly search.. You also don't want to go into niches with very high competition i.e. 2million + monthly search as it is saturated.

from my understanding, you want to stay within the range of 5000 - 70,000+ but less than 300,000+ monthly search
