I also heard about it on radio this morning.

Are you sure you said this from experience? Because it took Nigerian Police Force 5 to 6 good months to release the names of those shortlisted for screening(2015/16)..... It took them another month to release names of those who passed the test and screening. NPS is a federal government job and we all know that over 1.2 millions of people applied for the job. It'll take time before they release names of those who are qualified for screening. These people(federal govt) are quite slow when it comes to releasing of names..... All we need is patience and prayers. And please let's stop discouraging those asking for past questions. If you're not interested in past questions, don't discourage them(weda they're fresh graduates or not is nobody's business) their faith will definitely work for them. I don't care if others are paying to get the job or they know an insider who knows an insider.... I don't care if they know senators or governors or any politician. I know God and He is the greatest of them all. So I'll definitely get this job and come here to testify... be positive. May God help us all.

Experienced such for 4 days. What did I now do?
Answer: I used my second email to start fresh registration.

I interchange my names, changed my phone number.

Please is advisable you use another phone to start fresh one. Because their site already have your phone IP and other details, because of that, it will not work.

When using it, make sure you are using Google Chrome or Firefox, change the mode to desktop �.

Make sure that your passport is not more than 100kb and is not below 50kb. The best way to do this, is for you to use picresize.com, is an online photo resize. Resize it to 85kb ie 40%.
Also make sure that the passport is resent one.

After that, you can now go to cafe to print. Once you login, it will take you to print page.

Try compress it to fall between the range of 50-100kb.
Ensure the passport is not blur and the saving must be in jpg not jpeg.

Do give it a try once again

I was scuffling with this very stated issue of uploading passport for a while now, not until now that I found the solution.

once your passport is within 50-100kb and you can't still upload it, then go to rename the particular passport with (jpg) don't include the bracket please, after that proceed to upload it.

That's the easiest solution to it.

It perfectly worked for me.

Please am having thus issue of passport. I have done what you stated above, still showing fail part /document /my email.
