How is that hustling? Some people self. Greeting is a simple courtesy, being a critic doesn't mean he can't or could have had a sort of relationship with the critised. |

weyreypey: Sorry I stepped out.
I got fed up with the nonsense replay of movies especially old movies on DSTV... And gradually I became bored with the premier League....
So I visited computer village to get the Roku stick...
Fast forward.... DSTV called me 3 months after I left the platform due to incessant installation issues immediately there's a thunderstorm or rain.
The caller grandiosely informed me that I'll need to acquire the new decoder with 16k as my current decoder will be expiring from their platform!!
Like wth....
This reinforced my determination to quit the multichoice platform totally..... The problem now was affordable data subscription....
Recall that I mentioned MTN zaps data anyhow and Glo has enough 419 to frustrate the user..... Anyway I got information about the Airtel 5G router unlimited data plan...
On getting to the Airtel office... It was saner and more modern than both the MTN and Glo offices combined. I got the 5g router for 50k, which included the one month free unlimited data subscription.... Wow!!! MTN data in one week is usually around 11k....
On getting home I set up the 5g router and connected all the gadgets in the house, TVs laptops and phones.... Netflix Hdo app Showmax all seamlessly streaming via the 20mbps cap ... As at today I have used over 200gb on this speed based plan... As far as I know it has almost paid for the equipment cost. Liberation at last. Welcome to the freedom club. The rest of mind that comes with unlimited data, streaming everything stream able is priceless. |

santaclaws: 60mbps On what network 4G or 5G? So you're basically downloading a 200mb movie in less than 4 seconds? 😢 Attached is MTN speed in a remote area of Lagos. At my base, it's more than than.

Dybala11: Very fast is subjective jor, has Airtel 5G ever clocked a download speed of 200 Mbps in your area before? OP said that Starlink clocked an average speed ranging between 100-200 Mbps, you can't realistically get more than 20Mbps on all our Network service providers. That's not true, there are areas you get close to 100mbps on Nigerian networks even 4g. |
Phones › Re: My Starlink Review After Porting From Airtel Unlimited by Hopez456(m): 9:52am On Aug 18, 2024 |
santaclaws: Yea location affects but you can't experience a very good download and upload speed on Airtel or any other Nigerian network for that matter, except during midnight.
Most of them do not go beyond 10-20mbps at their fastest, which could be as low as 10kbps when the traffic is much. MTN, Airtel, Glo, they're all the same, I do get close to 60 Mbps on Airtel and MTN but my Airtel speed is capped @20mbps. |
Phones › Re: My Starlink Review After Porting From Airtel Unlimited by Hopez456(m): 9:35am On Aug 18, 2024 |
emmyN: Yeah, I'm aware, but it's not very competitive. Their 60mbps plan comes at 50k monthly sub or so. If I had such amount to spend, I was better off getting a Starlink that costs 38k monthly with a much higher speed. Yeah in the long run star link is great. But for now, the Airtel 20mbps serves me well. |
Phones › Re: My Starlink Review After Porting From Airtel Unlimited by Hopez456(m): 12:01am On Aug 18, 2024 |
emmyN: How can Airtel 5G be capped at 20mbps? My normal 4G MTN exceeds that speed on a very good day. The plan is speed based. If you want higher speed you pay more. DYOR. |

I have been having good experience with the Airtel unlimited plan, I get the maximum speed of 20mps and router stucked in 5G mode except occasionally when it drops and comes back within minutes. The speed issue you have is location, I bet if you change location, your speed should improve. |

There's no lie. The environment in Nigeria isn't too conducive to relax or be lazy. A Nigerian is a born hustler and a striver for excellence and when he/she is in a very conducive environment, it will be excellence overdose.
Take for example, a 2:2 graduate in Nigeria is a first class product abroad cos over there, the learning environment is very conducive and flexible. |

Love800: What is insurance pls? Insurance is a mechanism of transferring risk to another usually a coy. For instance in this case, the truck itself could have been insured against 3rd parties damage, own damage death and theft. Meaning, the insurance company will pay to a certain and agreed limit for all the other persons' properties and vehicles damaged through this accident, they will also repair the truck itself and if the truck is stolen, insurance company will replace it. Also, the truck owner or the owners of the items being transported could also have insured the items through 'Goods in Transit' GIT insurance. This covers the items being transported incase of theft, accidental damage. Insurance is wide and virtually everything on earth can be insured subject to conditions and terms. |

wunmi590:

With my little knowledge of underwriting during my days in the banking system then, the loan will be written off..
Is going to be a bad debt for FG, but in a situation where by it a working person that was given the loan, the person's pension will be used to offset the remaining of the loan, that's if the person has upto the balance as pension, if not they take what they have and write the remaining off...
Other people with more knowledge can contribute Insurance will pay. Credit life insurance would have been done before granting him the loan. |

You have the option of going to the Federal High Court, or doing the complete process at home You're right! It was at FCT High court. This one you're talking about is great. |

There's even a barcode on the affidavit for confirmation . Some of the court workers do it all on behalf of clients while charging some fees. |
