Exactly my thought. The last time I transferred from a state to another, I did everything on my PC . I only picked up the PVC at a designated location and I voted. I am surprised one would have to visit INEC office to conclude transfer this time around.

Of a truth, the fire stations have been remodelled and equipped with modern fire fighting trucks. However, response time need to be faster than I have observed and communities should further be sensitised on the need to give way for fire trucks during emergencies.

But come to Port Harcourt, almost all internal roads are tarred. City is serene and neat.

The Ikorodu road was done by the LG, and it's an inner street road that's less than 200m. That road isn't in the same class as these ones commissioned by the governor.

Yes at the moment and I think it is due to maintenance or fault. It started just this Monday after the massive rain. Before now, power was very very stable.
