Tinubu's votes in the SW and NE is enough to cancel Obi's vote in the SE and SS. I don't know where they read that 2 geopolitical zone is enough to win an election. They have nothing going in the NC, SW, NE, and NW. The northern Christians they are relying on are just 5% of the entire north population. |

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says 87,209,007 permanent voter cards (PVC) have been collected across the country.
Mahmood Yakubu, the INEC chairperson, announced the development on Thursday during a media briefing at the national collation centre in Abuja.
The commission had initially fixed December 12 to January 22 for the PVC collection exercise in all LGAs.
The commission then extended the deadline till January 29 and again till February 5.
Speaking at the briefing, Yakubu said while the commission is pleased that the rate of collection is higher than in previous years, there are still many PVCs uncollected.
According to data distributed to journalists, out of 93,469,008 registered voters in Nigeria, 93.3 percent have collected their PVCs.
However, 6,259,229 cards — representing 6.7 percent of PVCs — remain uncollected.
The data also shows that Lagos leads in the number of collected PVCs with 6,214,970, followed by Kano with 5,594,193, and Kaduna with 4,164, 473.
Meanwhile, the states with the highest number of uncollected PVCs include Lagos – 845,225, Oyo – 515,254, and Ogun – 410,281. Source: https://twitter.com/inecnigeria/status/1628783402596896768https://www.thecable.ng/breaking-87m-pvcs-collected-says-inec

No way APC can carry out this plan in the SE or EDO. Or PDP in Oyo. You only rig in your stronghold; where there will be little resistance and low chance of compromise. BVAS has already took care of that. As for the case of Osun, every one know that Adeleke guy no smart. Case of overvoting in his stronghold in the era of BVAS shouldn't be a surprise. |

“As of tonight, no alert has been received by any state chairmen and information reaching us confirmed that money was paid based on ethnic and religious consideration because only persons of a particular ethnic group currently run the campaign of Mr. Peter Obi in cohort with the national chairman, Mr. Julius Abure, has polluted the party." During this election period alone, we've seen enough proof that Obi is tribalistic, partisan and not the kind of person we need at the center. If he can't carry along his northern party members, definitely nepotism will reign supreme if he becomes president. We've seen him do this with his media team. Peter Obi will collapse the country patapata if he becomes president. The country has always been in a delicate state, we don't want a presidency that will set the country on fire because of his hate for other tribes. Anyways, every sane Nigerian already know he's not ready. This only serve as confirmation. Lol, when they say you can't come out of nowhere 12 months to election and say you want to become president, they aren't lying. Now the party is in shambles. Only God knows the kind nonsense happening in LP down south. You can fool a few youths with the help of paid social influencers but you can't fool the whole country. That aside, you go dey shout no shishi, savings; If Bola Tinubu took the same approach Lagos won't be where it is today. You have to invest in people and capital infrastructure to birth progress and prosperity. If Ganduje, Akpabio, Sanwo, El-Rufai, Wike said doole doole dem wan safe, their citizens won't be enjoying world class infrastructure today. On top all the billions wey he save for Anambra, na poverty still be the outcome. How do you shift the nation from consumption to production with this nonsense saving and no shishi mentality? How? Like I said, you can't fool the entire nation. He's not a unifier. Too tribalistic. Too frugal to drive Nigeria onto the path of prosperity. Zero loyalty. Thank God Saturday is here. Obi and his Obidients will return back to the hole they came from. Nonsense will stop.

Politics › Chairmen Of LP Northern Chapter Complain Of Marginalization And Non-mobilisation by Hopium(op): 1:00pm On Feb 23, 2023 |
A couple of days before the presidential election slated for February 25, the chairman of Gombe State chapter of Labour Party (LP) and coordinating chairman for 36 States of the federation, Alh Sani Abdulsalam, has alleged that party’s executives in the North were being marginalised.
Giving the party 12-hour ultimatum, Abdusalam called for the immediate release of all money budgeted by the party for the 2023 election logistics.
Alleging undemocratic internal activities of the party’s presidential candidate, he said Peter Obi may fail in the polls if the party does not revert the trends.
He lamented that the party has failed to recognise the important role of the 36 state chapters’ leadership but would rather chose to work with cronies and support groups.
Abdulsalam, who spoke on behalf of others such as: the chairman of Yobe State, Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammad Bukar; and the national vice chairman, North-East, Alhaji Mohammed Alkaji, during a press briefing in Abuja on Thursday, hinted that monies expected to be channeled to polling unit agents through state chairmen or national officers have not been sent, stressing the fundamental need to mobilise polling unit agents.
He said: “I speak on behalf of 36 state chairmen of our party in my capacity as the coordinating chairman. We have never been respected by the party leadership and also our presidential candidate has no respect for our party executives at state levels because Mr Peter Obi deliberately mismanaged our goodwill with the imposition of his members and other support groups that decamped with him in May 2022 to our party.
“Of note today Wednesday the 22nd day of February 2023 was the meeting we had with the national chairman Bar Julius Abure in the party head office where the discussion was held about the logistics support for state chapters and national officers towards effective mobilisation of our members for the presidential and National Assembly election on Saturday 25th February 2023.
“To our surprise, the national chairman Bar Julius Abure said the Presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi has no confidence in all the 36 state chapters’ leadership but would rather choose to work with their cronies and support group that came with him.
“The greatest shock from the national chairman was that money for agents will not be sent to any state chairman or National officers except those three NWC members including a woman and that all state chairmen and 19 other members already picked by Mr Peter Obi himself will be given monies meant for party agents and alert will be received by 10 pm tonight Wednesday the 22nd day of February 2023.
“As of tonight, no alert has been received by any state chairmen and information reaching us confirmed that money was paid based on ethnic and religious consideration because only persons of a particular ethnic group currently run the campaign of Mr. Peter Obi in cohort with the national chairman, Mr. Julius Abure, has polluted the party.
“Nigerians should be aware that Mr. Peter Obi is an epitome of lies and a bundle of deceit. In fact, he has come to destroy our beloved party.
“As members of the Labour Party National Executive and National Working Committee (NWC), it is our considered opinion and informed conclusion that Peter Obi cannot win this election since all party executives have been sidelined. He is not ready and is grossly ill-prepared for the Presidential race.”
He also stressed the need to carry 36 state chairmen along so that the party would be victorious in the elections. Source: https://leadership.ng/just-in-labour-party-state-chairmen-give-12-hour-ultimatum-over-marginalisation-non-mobilisation/
