I use Wema alat too and the annoying part during this lockdown is that I called but was delayed for so long before I was finally attended to..I spent Over 30mins before my call was picked,they were playing me foolish songs while I was waiting Not knowing my Sim account balance will be deducted for the calls I made to the customer care..the money I loaded to subscribe and make some important calls that morning went for vanishing..imagine how you will feel from account balance of 2500+ to 0.00naira after you checked...and what I complained for hasn’t been rectify uptill now that I am typing
