Hello! First of all, it's a good thing you know you need a domain name and a hosting account to get your joomla site online, it makes the things easier. Now, do you know the basics of how to get ANY website online (how to use FTP or how to configure access to your MySQL database etc.)? If no, tell us and we will provide some beginner guidance for this things. If yes, you just need a guide on how to install Joomla: http://downloads.joomlacode.org/docmanfileversion/1/7/4/17471/1.5_Installation_Manual_version_0.5.pdf - start from page 10 and tell us what does not work for you.

Mention whether you need a single-store of multi-store functionality, the amount of products you are planning to sell, the payment solutions you need to be integrated, shipping and discount options, how much input from community do you expect (in terms of support), do you plan to use an already available theme or building your own, etc.

I would also consider Drupal+Drupal Marketplace/Ubercart, Magento or even Woothemes, it just depends on your needs. Tell us them and we will try to help.

Actually, it looks very professional, especially considering other websites operating in the same field. The one thing i would change is to remove the “By Deco_SLiM” author line under every post, since you are the only one posting here and it will reduce clutter. If you do not know how to do it, as here and i see what i can do.
Also, the sidebar looks a bit “ overwhelmed” with the amount of blocks, i would consider to remove some of them (like Archive) and rearrange the rest.

You will be able to concentrate on other things and the form will be fully functional and looking professional.

Now, there are several web services you can use to create a form:
1. Google Forms (https://www.google.com/google-d-s/forms/). It is completely free and Google also offers a very nice Help: https://support.google.com/docs/bin/topic.py?hl=en&topic=1360904 Forms can be embedded into your website.
2. jotForm (http://www.jotform.com/). It is very easy to use and even provides video tutorials and a good help section (http://www.jotform.com/help/), but you can only receive 100 submissions per months by using their free plan.
3. Wufoo (http://wufoo.com). This one has been probably the earliest service to provide online form building functionality. It is easy and has a free plan, forms can be embedded.
4. Zoho Form Builder (http://www.zoho.com/creator/online-form-builder/). It is free and you create and manage unlimited forms.
5. If you are looking to build a mailing list, i would suggest you to take a look at Mailchimp (http://mailchimp.com). It is THE Email Marketing and Newsletter Manager and it also provides basic functionality to create a form for Email address collection. And it's free plan is awesome.
