laudate:Those living in Kola and Alagbado where that guy is living is not regarded as living in Lagos. 5 years ago, 50k could give him a good house in Abeokuta. Banks are in Sapon and One Ilewo and houses in Sapon are dirt cheap. Sapon to Oke ilewo is N70 bike. He's talking about renting a house of 60k in Abeokuta and making it sound as if he's being frugal. Let him work in Victoria Island and be living in that same Kola or Alagbado. He would be spending his salary on fuel and stress reliving drugs. |
laudate:Most likely Epe deep inside, Ikorodu close to Sagamu, Ayobo after Deeper Life, Badagry on way to Seme border. You know those locations that it is faster to get to Ikoyi from Osun state than it is for them to get to Ikoyi. |
fireback:Oga, I'm into real estate in Lagos. I'm not an agent o, I represent buyers in all parts of Lagos. Show me where in Ajah they sell a plot for 1.6M. Is it Ado Road, Langbasa or Badore? Even after Ajah to Eleko, you won't see legit plot for 1.6M that you're claiming to have a plot for 400K. Besides sef, anybody building quarter plot has no business building a house. Do you know that even if your land has a C of O, anything less than 300sqm, the person can't get Governor's Consent in Lagos? That's why their applications spend donkey years in Alausa. |
Nopanties:You're more dumb than that clown. I said he shouldn't generalise and you're jumping in to type nonsense. For you and that poster, a car may be an avoidable luxury but for many others, what you deem a luxury can improve your earnings and make you live better and earn more. I no know whether them use sufferhead swear for una. |
tee4naija:You are one of the very few sensible posters on this thread. In Lagos, those living in Mowe Ibafo, Iyana Ipaja, Sango are the most frustrated, combative fellows you see at bus stops. The environment has affected them psychologically and has worn them out. Most of them own the houses they live in but take a look at them and you'll shake head for them. |
fireback:Ask your friend to tell you the truth. A room self con in Allen - Opebi stretch usually goes for 250k. |
fireback:Which city? Benin city or Kaduna city? When you come to Lagos, drop all these theories at Berger before you enter Lagos. Those who followed advice like this built in slums surrounding the city. For them to get to work is a problem. To go back home is war. |
TheFacelessMan:My Chairman, happy weekend. Heavy bans for me too. They just released this one. For the better part of last week, I was banned. |
GBOKASINCHA:To look like who? Yamiri lasan lasan? Lmaooooo
|
Please, any hope for those under bondage in Abia State?
|
SkinnyNigga:Your father with his face like the buttocks of a baboon, what have you done to make him proud? All he's waiting for is your hairy yam legged sisters to get ripe before selling them off in the name of marriage. |
Bluehill1051:You are actually very ignorant. My post was in response to your statement that a car is a liability. For you, car may be a liability cos of mentality but don't force it on others. Instead of you to use your brain to think of how to increase and expand your income so as to be able to afford a car, you're sitting in one corner shouting that a car is a liability. |
Bluehill1051:Poverty mentality. I bought my first car earning 70k and made the money back in 3 months. With a car, I move more, achieve more and bill clients more. Not everyone is cut out for suffer head. |
OgogoroFreak:Don't mind the idiot. He wrote tithe and booze in the same sentence. Most of them are clowns. |
emptor:Tell that to the Togolese who specifically dragged Igbos out of their shops and beat them. Tell those from Cameroun and Equatorial Guinea who routinely deal with Igbos. |
[s] tactius:[/s] Would Igbos tolerate an Hausa man in Onitsha paying a spare parts dealer with fake notes and calling his fellow Hausas to beat the Igbo trader? would Igbos tolerate a Yoruba man in Aba paying an Igbo electronics dealer with fake notes and calling his fellow Yorubas to beat the Igbo trader? |
The interior of this car is the worst interior of a corolla I've ever seen. Can't you just use your hand and dust the carpet on the floor let the sand go out? Is that urine or vomit on the seat? If you use 5k to wash that car thoroughly, you'll sell it better than you'll sell it in this state. |
MrGerald:Keep deceiving yourself. Go and look at the video of the Togolese beating traders in the market. All those beaten were Nigerians and the report stated that they specifically targeted Igbos. In India today, their policemen tell Igbos apart from other Nigerians and once they profile you as Igbo, you automatically become a suspect. In Asia, those being executed in Asian countries are all Igbos. In China, the former Eze Ndigbo China died in shady circumstances but it was reported to be as a result of narcotics. Presently, hundreds of Igbos are in Chinese prisons. In South Africa, go and check the Nigerians being killed. Most of them are Igbos and it is as a result of narcotics trade by igbos in SA. In Cameroun and Equatorial Guinea just recently, Igbo traders were targeted. You can keep hiding behind one finger but the truth is that Igbos outside Nigeria are being marked as societal negatives and it is causing a wave of Igbophobia which would limit the travel benefits of Igbos in the next decade.. |
Honestly, Igbos need to be very very careful. The wickedness and crimes condoned in Igboland should not be done outside and people are waking up to respond with violence. Before, it was execution in Asian prisons, then killings in South Africa, then Ghana. Just 2 days ago, Igbos in a market in Togo were dragging Igbo traders out and beating them up. Reprisals and punishments are shifting from Asia to Southern Africa and is now in West Africa. People generally are getting fed up of these things and you can deny it but it is because of Igbos that Iyalojas and Babalojas were put in Lagos markets. If Igbos keep behaving this way to their hosts wherever they find themselves, the liberties enjoyed by igbos outside Igboland today, they won't enjoy it in the next 10 years. For those who would quote me and talk nonsense, would Igbos tolerate an Hausa man in Onitsha paying a spare parts dealer with fake notes and calling his fellow Hausas to beat the Igbo trader? What you guys can't take, don't dish it o! |
goaldynboy:Apologise, not apply. You are vexing and foaming at the mouth on a topic you don't even understand. ![]() |
odomanis:Go and ask the group of drunkards called Ohaneze, kneeling down and begging Asari. |
Odingo1:Not everyone suffers from what is plaguing you. Poverty and deprivation has so affected you that you think everyone is plagued with what is worrying you. |
ZombiePUNISHER:Physic ko, phensic ni. Instead of you to go to school and get yourself educated, you're constituting a nuisance online. |
happybee:Go to the morgue for sightseeing |
Igbodicool:If Igbos gave ikwerres land, why did Ikwerres seize Igbo properties during the war? Doesn't common sense tell you that if indeed anyone gave another land, it should be the Ikwerres that gave Igbos land? |
Destroyerofyeeb:They weren't summoned, they were dragged by the scrotum like deceased goats to come and apologise. Ikewere youths are even kind. Asari slapped their fathers continuously before ran to start begging. |
GBOKASINCHA:What happened? Your Mom's nudes got leaked? |
Juliusmalema:On the ground that Obi was foolish and shouldn't be talking to his masters how he did. The other day when Asari threatened to teach you guys a bitter lesson, did the Ohaneze ask before they started rolling on the floor begging Asari? |
mightyhaze:Asari that slapped your daddy and the entire Ohaneze apologised to Asari is also not recognised in Ijaw land abi? |
