Nah. A lot of people don't visit nairaland frequently. The last time I was here was maybe a month ago. If I was depending on nairaland I'd have missed one test invite that came in only twenty four hours before the test date. Excellent job, too.

I repeat Biafra will only consist of Anambara Enugu, Ebonyi, Imo and Abia States only. You can enjoy your Landlocked Country. But we are not going to let you go yet. Nigeria is still training your leaders on good leadership. Untill the Eastern leaders change their style of leadership. If we let you guys go now, Biafra will be a failed State.

I see chaos and probably Nigeria can even disintegrate. And disintegration will be bad for Nigeria. Let me tell you about the North if there is disintegration. The worst thing any country will like is to have an unstable country as a neighbour. So, Southwest will be relatively stable; Southeast will be stable, but the North will be volatile. How can we contain Boko Haram in the Northeast? No way. How can we contain the problem of the herdsmen in the North? We cannot contain them. In fact, the little weight the Southwest and Southeast are adding to fight them is what is suppressing them, but if you go and leave us with them we will just eat ourselves and you have a very volatile North and I do not think we will have peace....

This whole thing is apparently a scam. There are no such international or peer-respected things as 'champions' etc in the sciences. The host organisation is untraceable and unknown to most scientists, same with award prize which is a key determiner of value of award. The only traceable linked website is the usacorp one (actually an atrocious Google blog: https://sites.google.com/site/usanewscorp/home/world-academic-championship-2017-in-biochemistry ) that apparently falsely claims to be a US website, is far worse built than nairaland (as bad as it is!) is written in abominable English, and exhibits a Nigerian vocabulary to boot. Besides all of which, nine other more or less obscure Nigerians also won or bought or whatevered the 'championship'. This was just a little more fraudulent than the time people hailed Emeagwali as the 'greatest scientist'. Okay, maybe a lot more. Emeagwali actually won a distinguished international award. Okay, it's like the sex-toy senator getting that leadership award he got. If you don't understand how such things happen in Nigeria then your body may be in Nigeria but your head isn't.
