When you view your profile, you will see the transcript errors . So, you can fix that error and then submit again .

Fixed and submitted but, it's not showing up on my dashboard. Unless the call ID changed.

Guys, please how does this redo option work?

I re-did a call, but it still appearing on my dashboard with a 2 score. Does the call ID change or what?

Kind of confused.

Hi..I am on a very long call now(8 hours long) but along the beginning of the call after the Rep has introduced herself, the person that picked the call dsid she was from the advisers side before she later handed the phone to the customer for the rest of the call. My question is do I transcribe the advisor under customer or rep?

I think sentences that are showing up automatically are of the previous person that transcribed it and failed .

That is not correct. Several time, I've had to start from beginning of a call I was unable to finish, and it never gave me, what I transcribed earlier.

If they are having a personal life discussion from the start of the call to half of it, it's most likely rep to rep.

Sometimes, too, another way to know Rep to Rep, is if the are mentioning other peoples names, etc. There was a Rep to Rep call, I stumbled upon last night. Even the SCC was confused about it. She advised me to release it to avoid stories that touch.

Anyways, when in doubt, the SCC is your best bet.

Yesterday, I tried working on my longest call. Lost everything, then went back to it and hurriedly submitted a not too good work. I was smashed with a two. Maybe I have to wait for my laptop to work on longer calls.

Did you download the audios first, and did you run it through grammarly?

Yes of course. But at times, there may be two or more reps. You got to know that.

Do not let it discourage you. I've been removed before, but I'm still in there struggling. Just use a different email and get back in. Try read up on FAQs and other guidelines. You'll be okay.

I must find a way to fall in love with our UK funding C. people. The competition for limited America accent audios is now getting tough.

Tried to fall in love with FC, but after 8 hours, I had to let the calls go, better that, than to get the dreaded 1 & 2.

I really don't think that would help. The best option is to read up on the FAQs and other guidelines. But most importantly, to steer clear of of FC calls.

Actually, the clips are numbered 1 to 6. If you look on top, you will probably see a number. Alternatively, you listen to the first few lines, and report what you hear.
