it is a samsung tab 1. it just restarts itself and sometiimes does a factory reset. someoda times i try to turn it on it keeps showing the samsung logo for long without coming on.

I don't believe that. I have done all clearing all to no avail. if I hard reset my phone by press holding power off and volume key up. will it brick? NBC's d phone is phantom A+ and is rooted. pls quick response needed tnx

for phantom A+, it's definitely your log. it's a common issue on this model, with it's battery issues.
you could also expand internal storage by tweaking ebr
factory reset shouldn't brick it

Help. My Android tablet charges very fast and drop very fast, extremely fast, but what I noticed again is that when it drops to some percentage the screen will just go blank, so if I lock it and unlock it back it will display for some seconds and go blank again. I later discover that when it goes blank and I connect charge it displays normal. It is only when the battery percent is at the range of 100 to 80 that it won't go blank, anything below 80, it will surely go blank. Pls what is the problem and the solution.
And I need your advice, which Android phone should I buy with a budget of 18k, that will really make sense. Thanks in advance.

could be due to a number of reasons but seems your phone is lagging / processor is over tasked
