is the phone rooted and are you running on stock or custom ROM?

really nothing to worry about. Its mostly due to installation settings

. I don't have it yet. but the thing now is that, the phone is now dead an it doesn't show recovery mode again. each time I charge it, the red light doesn't show. I didn't backup my files before it bricked.

that isnt difficult to fix once you got the backup. contact us on whatsapp or BBM (contact details below)

Just got a new tablet and I 've tried to download WhatsApp from playstore serveral times to no avail. Is there something that I was suppose to do before I'm allowed to download? Everything I tried to download just kept showing installing without any movement of data to show that it is actually being installed.

ok. we're probably looking at a drained battery. you have two options
remove then boost battery using external charger
keep charging till it shows a charging sign

Thank you. I was having 15% of battery life left before I rooted it with Vroot software on my laptop. After I connected it to my laptop and I use debug mode and successfully got rooted message from the Vroot the phone then I sent Mobile uncle tool app to the phone through bluetooth and when I was about installing it, it shows that my space is full and I shud delete some files. Just about when I wanted to unistall some app to have free space it just hanged and the touch screen function is not active then I switched it off and when I tried to on it back it refuse to on but my battery was still very hot at the back of the case which makes me think maybe its still working. But after I left it to cool down I tried to on it back but all to avail. Pls help what and what should I do? Thanks

if you must try this cwm recovery image, make sure it was created for your exact model and that you backup your stock recovery before flashing it

I know many pple would have seen and may even be experiencing this kind of response on our Android (I use tecno) devices. It usually displays the notification when you want to install some apps, as such it will necesitate that you uninstall some apps from the phone.
Even after some times, this notification will still prop up again.
If you have experienced this in the past, pls how did you go about it? Is there any software that can move the "phone only" apps to the SD card? so as to free some space on the phone.

Its a bug. You dont have to have set it. This case for Tecno just pops up from nowhere

I just bought tecno H6 and activated anti-theft. I removed the sim card and inserted another sim, its now requesting privacy protection password.

happens when you change SIMs after quite some time. Its a bug common in new Tecno phones. The easiest fix is to reflash the stock backup via SP flash tool. see the video below for how t use SP flash tool
