Please tech engineers here, I really need your help. I'm currently battling with internal storage issues on my phantom F7.

I have used the root explorer to delete the 'log other mode' file folder but the problem still persists. All my apps are now on my SD card and I have cleared data for so many apps all to no avail.

My available memory is now 42mb and it's going down every second. Total space of 0.98G and used memory is 670mb. Something deep inside the phone is occupying a space of almost 300mb.

How do I solve this problem?

i vent done any other thing to the phone.. All i do on the phone is use bbm and whats app and other social networks and i also play games. Thats all

can you get access to whatsapp? might need to guide you through some diagnostic steps

userdata backup is useless. wont do a thing for you in this case. You have a working phone so your phone is as good as fixed. Send a message via whatsapp (contact details below) and i'll guide you step by step.... And its free

if its still blank after trying to boot into recovery (and you're doing it correctly) then it means your recovery partition is corrupted. what this implies is that something else has been done to the phone which you're not telling me

be careful editing that file. it dictates and tags your storage partitons.

your p5 is new OS type. recovery mode is volume up + power . volume down is factory mode.
Now, boot into recovery mode

1. Need to know if your P5 is old or new OS type. when you boot, whats the color of the TECNO? white or blue?
2. How did you attempt to boot into recovery mode?

I lost some of my phone apps and when I try to download again from Play store, the response I get after successful download is:

Can any of the gurus here help out. The phone having this issue is Techno M7 (android). I use CM Security antivirus on it. Tanx in advance.

it's cos dose apps were preinstalled wit d phone, so in order to install d apps u mentioned u will need to delete d preinstalled apps.

thats incorrect. they're not pre-installed apps but must be currently intalled . they must've been installed with some level of root access.go to your vendor folder or app folder and detete their apks

Really, pray do tell. the f7 is actually my secondary device. so I've not really been bothered as I don't get much calls on it. lemme kno what this fix is like, my device is rooted.

its nt only email. i cant install an app from Google store. it shows insufficient memory uninstall unused apps. bt i dnt av any app again.

If I get you correctly it means when a. call comes and you answer the call you don't hear anything. and when you try calling as well, you don't hear the ring or hear when the person picks it.

Am describing all these because, this has bn my predicament for several months now. I'll advice u use an ear piece till you can fix the problem.

recently bought a tecno p5. downloaded apps from google store. all of a sudden i started seeing ...email stopped due to low memory. free up some space.
iv uninstalled all still its still telling me that.
my sd card of 8gb still have upto 5gb free space. my fone memory 1.85free space. yet i get download. i cant receive emails again.
what do i do pls.

lets see your Settings > storage > phone storage > apps

and is it only email thats affected? and what email app?

I was using bbm on my phone. Then i tried bringing down the notification tray then it didnt respond.. I thought the phone was just hanging. Then the 3 lights below the screen went off and it remained like that... After some time i removed the battery and put it back. It came on fully then when i wanted to input password it started hanging..

this should be easy to fix.
