Medical doesn’t count.

Start sending loads of emotional mails and Webform. Your sister in Canada to reach out her MP, that will go a long way.

Alright, Thanks very much @Emmafe

Should we just cancel the appointment then?

Hello Everyone, please I need your suggestions on this.

My sister applied for visior visa for my mum since August 17,2021. IRCC announced all applications should re-apply which we did on Aug 17, 2022 up till now there hasn’t been any updates or changes on the application. Then my sister was about to have birth when she applied for her and we mentioned she will be staying for 3months.

So we thought she should do medical so as to speed up the application but we just read it that if staying less than 6 months in Canada you don’t need medical. Now her appointment is tomorrow at IOM, please what did you think would this have any effect on the application if she do medical or it doesn’t mean??

Please help 🙏🙏

Keep sending webforms till the first one is withdrawn. Putting another application without withdrawing the first will only complicate your situation and delay getting any response from irrc on either application

Alright Thanks very much

Hello! Everyone, I sent a webform to withdraw my apple 5 days ago due to some reasons. Up till now nothing has been done. I’m wondering if I can submit a new application and I’m thinking hope the previous application won’t have an effect on the new one.

Please I need your suggestions guy? Has anyone experienced this before?

Please help 🙏

Hello Everyone, please can I used the Normal Bank statement to apply for study Visa using the new IRCC portal or is it compulsory I used my bank statement?

Why didn't you ask this question before withdrawing your application? You just trying to complicate your application. Wait for it to be withdrawn before applying as applying now will just end up delaying processing of both.

You shouldn't have withdrawn your application because many ppl including me have used online generated SOA from mobile apps without any official stamp or reference letter and still get ppr.

Yeah you are right, that was my mistake. I’m just trying to find a way to rectify the issue.

Yes you can....For me,
I omitted my dependents when I submitted my first Application...had to withdraw the next day and submit the complete application with my dependents. It was withdrawn less than 10days later.

Wow! Thanks for your reply, Please do you reapply after the withdrawal or even before they withdraw it?

Hello everyone, please I really need your advises on this application.

I applied for study visa 4days ago so yesterday I discovered that we are not supposed to use the online bank statement instead we should request the official bank statement with reference letter from the bank and also noticed we made mistakes in some places

So requested the application to be withdrawn yesterday which will take 28days to be processed.

Now we already got the official bank statement with stamps and reference letter from bank, so now my questions is can I submit a new application while the previous one is still processing to be withdrawn.

Call ircc, send Webform n mail. If you’re in Canada, reach out to MP, they help a lot.

Also have you tried to use the tracker?
