Incase you watch with your phone and not laptop, you can compress your video files to smaller Mb with quality graphics.

(you will see a line with file size on it. increase or decrease it, by clicking on the edges of each line. there is a maximum and minimum MB on each edge.) if you like, you can increase/decrease it to any MB of your choice.
