Hello everyone,I'm new in this section, I've been reading the helpful tips posted by members of this forum and I'm so elated by it,keep up the good work and help will come to you whenever you need it at any point in your life.

Please I need a good advice,I'm about to get married and I intend making it low key and travelling with my wife after the marriage through study route with my wife as the applicant

Here is our profile.
1.I am 28 years old, chartered accountant currently working with a state government,pay is around 120k
2.My fiancee is a graduate of accounting education,she was the best graduating student with first class honours and currently with the bank and she's 25 years old,that's why I think she stand the best chance to land the study permit and probably with a scholarship from the school.
*Please* my question is;

1.What course will she study that will grant us permanent resident after the duration of study?

2.Which of the Canadian schools that will not require GMAT and IELTS that will grant permanent residence easily and consider scholarship?

3. Which of the Canadian schools is relatively cheap and she can get work as she's studying as we don't have much to spend at the moment
Please N/B budget is #3m for fees and logistics

I got the alert this morning

50k alert
I did the registration for our private school

The registration was frustrating tho and I didn't take it serious,I would have registered carefully,only 2 members of staff were paid and 30k to the school account.

Stay there and build your life. It should be a platform for easy start so why the rush.

I left my parent house in my twenties but 10 years later I came back there when I moved back to Nigeria. I lived there for another 2 years and moved to my personal house from there.

Please remain their and plan your life. My former colleague picked an apartment in his father's house, got married there, 7 years later he bought a terrace duplex around Abraham Adesanya estate.

Life is a solo race I concur.

how can I be paying 400k annually for rent?things are getting bad by the day.. So plan very well for a better tomorrow.

I will tell you my story. I stayed with my family I.e siblings and mom in just a shared flat with some other family. That is two families not related by blood or anything sharing a flat.
I was there till I bought my first land and started building and before I knew it i had finish 2 flat. That's where am staying now.

Once I have a place to lay my head l, that money I would use to rent 3 bedroom flats and pay for 2 years, agent fees, etc I will prefer using such to get a land off town where I can use my vehicle to get to town.

Where I stay I got it less than 500k but now is over 3 million now just for land in space of 5 years.


What work for me might not work for others. While others prefer luxury, to me i could adjust for the main time to get what I want.

Today I move from one room to another like say tomorrow nodey.. No landlord wahala. To cap it I recently got another land... Though times 4 the price I got the first one

I want to say I admire your evangelistic and brotherly advice to youth in this world filled with egotistic tendencies and pursuit for mean and unrewarding pleasures of life,please I want to be your friend sir!

I just want to make an adjustment to a similar post, I think we have different reasonable reasons staying with our parent or in the family compound,I'm 27 and still in our family compound, because my place of work is close to our family house but I need privacy and independent life,should I continue staying there since I don't have to pay rent or am I stressing too much for privacy or independency?

Please what's your own reason staying at your family's residence and your take on my thoughts,thank you!

Please guys i need advice as per the course you think i should go for in masters that will suit my first degree...am considering strategic management but I've found out no varsity offers the course.

Successful candidates that wrote the zenith bank people's plus test on 29th june 2015 were invited for an interview on 2nd July 2015, pretty fast hun!i wish them success.
