not at all....his performance in the GWG is never at fault...I remember his play against Argentina few months ago....he doesn't look like one who has not been playing good football.

My man am not making any mistake cos i played the game and have been watching the game since 1980 so I know what am saying,if Musa makes WC with his present status then Rohr is biased.

Pls do you think a fit and playing week in week out Musa would sit on the bench for Simeon Moses,NO but due to his inactivity he find himself on the bench for average Simeon who is having it every week in Belgian league, this is to tell you better to have playing time as a player.

Do you think Rohr was joking when he said some of his players who are not enjoy playing time should sort their future this January,Kayode moving from Girona do you think is for fun,he already got the feeler that better to move or forget fighting for WC shirt.Mikel staying put in China or Ighalo staying put despite interest from EPL clubs is not for anything but WC,Ebuhei contract with Benfica and loaned back to Ado Haugen was to continue is first team starter.

My man not playing regularly always have negative impacts on player development, check Mikel out at 2014 WC,a very abysmal performance just due to lack of playing time.
but musa plays week in...week out for the under 23 side...
he is not match rusty but fit...so it won't tell much...
don't want him to miss the world cup party after all he can regain some match fitness too wit those friendlies....

Normally, if Musa status doesn't change at Leicester, he might not be at d world cup, though it would b a very diff decision
provided he keeps getting game time wit leicester under 23 team...I am okay wit him.

after all the reason we want him play is to keep fit...since he happen to be doing that wit the elite team I am okay....

he is someone we will need in Russia....

I am quite certain you can address him without the insults.

Do you know why Chelsea spent big money on Morata? Because he scored up to 10league goals for Madrid almost exclusively from the bench. How many african players are worth more than 20million? Ndidi wasn't even close to that so relatively it is big money, and for a club like Leicester, it is super big money.

What does it mean to take your chances? Not too long ago Traore would enter games with 10mins left(for Chelsea) and make enough impact, seasons later he is at Marsielle, easily one of their best players.
You don't always get 90mins or even 45mins to prove yourself and it isn't exclusive to Iheanacho alone. He needs to be work hard to the point that even when he gets 10mins he would put in enough that would convince them to give him 20mins the next weekend, from 20 we get to 30 and so on and so forth, that's the progress we need in the Epl
it baffles me how you talk sometimes...
making reference to traore is quite funny...
can you compare goal scoring chances created by Chelsea in a match to that of leicester?
moreover when nancho was in a team that creates better goal scoring opportunities he scored even more goals and created a record in the epl as a player wit highest number of goals by per minutes ratio...a record troare never dare creates despite the huge goal scoring opportunities Chelsea creates...in his time...

in his sojourn in Ajax now Marseille he has never been short of game time...so why won't he deliver....?
even the Manchester prodigy who left for Lyon have been profilic in the French League likewise the erstwhile Chelsea (falcao) and man city (balotelli)

When we said Iheanacho should stay and fight for the Shirt at Leicester City, Some Dudes nearly got us lynched, coz they believe Bristol City has the best Manager in the World, in fact - Puel is a worse Manager comparing to the Bristol City Manager.

Also when we opined that Iheanacho is better off as a SS, that he would conveniently and confidently thrive in the Position, some Dudes believe he has been drilled to play as a lone Striker, hence he should continue his development as a lone Striker.

Iheanacho had a good Game because he's ready to fight, he ain't wanna run to a lower League. He knows the Match is like a Trial to him; had he played badly, he would have been on the Plane to Bristol City this Morning.

I'm really happy for him, but we need to be patient and see if he's gonna replicate the form and be consistent with it. Form ain't permanent, but class is. However, the combo of both makes you a world class Player.

Iheanacho ain't a world class Player, not even close to, at the moment. He has the potential to be, but truth has to be said; he's not and far to it for now.

Finally, to those mocking Kayode because Iheanacho had a good Game last Night, I guess you Folks have never pointed Fingers at Forgiveness as a Tribal Bigot.

http://owngoalnigeria.com/2018/01/16/bournemouth-match-winner-against-arsenal-ibe-turns-down-offer-to-represent-nigeria-at-russia-2018/#

Another Ela!

Former England youth international Jordon Ibe has turned down a fresh approach by Nigeria to represent them at the World Cup 2018 in Russia.

Ibe has been in fine form for English Premier League side Bournemouth, and according to the online version of English based news outfit Sun, he has turned down an approach to team up with Nigeria for the World Cup in Russia.

Eligible to represent Nigeria through his father, Ibe who has six assists in all competitions this season grabbed the headlines on Sunday, when he netted the winner for Bournemouth in their shock comeback 2-1 win over Arsenal.

22 year old Ibe believes he stand a chance of playing for England, as present coach of the senior national team of England Gareth Southgate picked him regularly during his stints as U21 coach of England.

According to the Sun, the former England youth international will prefer to wait for his time with England than jump at the chance of representing Nigeria at the World Cup.

This is the second time in 18 months , that Ibe has turned down the chance to represent Nigeria at senior level, as he did same when he was first approached by former coach Sunday Oliseh while at Liverpool.
who is that person that go approach this guy on Nigerians behalf..?
who cares if he has been playing regular football in the epl?
what does the super eagles need an average player for ?
someone who can only manage to score three goals from possible 15 matches..

this guy is not better than yinka, kalu uche, Dennis and lots more....
he should be ignored....the only English groom players I think we may need after the world cup....are onomah and ejaria

You want me to answer this? Go and find out where all the players (known ones) from the NPFL play outside Nigeria and see if they aren't being used by their clubs.

The foreign leagues we are always talking about, those who make these league thick are actually the foreigners there not even their local players
the most successful crop of exports of recent are the cadet players from the under 17 and 20...
I still remember how manu garba under 20 boys took the best of these league to the cleaners.....few years ago.

had it been the league have been so productive I don't think we would have been looking for a striker for the super eagles by now....

how many of the export players can you find in the epl, la liga, seria A, French League etc

Another assumption, you started watching the league prior to when I started? Well even if you started watching the league during the era of BBC lions, that still doesn't excuse your generalization. No league is blessed with perfect players but to paint the whole league bad doesn't tell well on your judgement.

You saw a match where a fan entered, slapped the ref and asked him to award a PK? Were you the fan or he was using a mic to say all these?

Lastly, what year, what season, which venue and against what opponent?
you can go to the league archives to sort for it...I believe you have numerous of such acts in the npfl...also the ones involving home fans attacks on refs....

Did you watch the match? Are you sure if the PKs are not worth it? What is wrong with awarding the PKs? Do you know how many PKs are awarded the the la liga? Do you know how many PKs Ronaldo scores per season?

Nothing wrong with scoring pks or getting awarded PKs as long as it's worth it.

Nothing peculiar to our league alone, I know it's not smooth like the one in the major leagues but no matter how often its bad-mouthed every day and night, the bad-mouthing won't turn it good overnight.

The same players we condemn here go abroad to replace other strikers abroad. Blame not the players but the game.
you are talking as if the npfl league is new to me...I started watch this league prior you even started...I rememeber one of the match involving kano pillars...they were loosing that match by a goal nil...all of a sudden one of the specatators entered into the pitch..slapped the ref and asking him to award a penalty even when it was obvious that it wasn't an offense...
the referee for fear of his life awarded a penalty and they equalised...
that and many more i saw...made me lost faith in the league...
I wasn't surprised when I watch MFM celebrate an away draw against plateau United as if they've won the league....

they all go play away wit the mindset of getting a draw at best...

Let's stop passing assumptions as fact or use it to form stereotype.

Katsina only scored one goal from the PK BTW.

That they fired blank in their first match doesn't mean they don't know how to score, firing blank isn't peculiar to Nigerian home based strikers alone. You doubt me?

Ask slimani
Vardy for sometimes.
Morata
Benzema etc

Ojokojo refused,Irofa too if not now and again Murphy Akanji, funny enough these are real local players in the 80s and 90s of Nigeria league, something must be fishing or may be they know what we don't know about national team selection or invitation.
for Murphy I can't really say...
but for the other two...I think it wasn't something really hampering on team selections...because iwobi case was also Similiar...

Ojokolo i think took that decision for his son reason because he is on the payroll of the Germans and asking his son to ignore or drop Germany for the super eagles may cost him his job...he has to thread on safe path...deep down he knows his son stand a better chance wit the super eagles... ..

just when it down on him and his household that his son have no future wit the 3 lions he began to cry for super eagles chance...when it is obvious to all and sundry that his son is not better than the players the super eagles currently parade...

How Okpotu became the highest goal scorer in the NPFL is so hard for me to imagine.
with some home advantage penalties let's say like 8 plus few goals any player can become the npfl highest goal scorer

let's take for instance...the last kano pillars draw wit kastina United....suppose one player takes those 2 penalties and he scores...that's 2 goals...wit over 15 home games left to play...
If he can score same in like 10 home games...because it is always certain they will likely get some home advantage penalties...he will be in contention for the npfl highest goal scorer award.
