Christology: Our female national team, is gradually taking the super eagles route, foreign based players unlike before We are not doing enough to develop our local leagues especially the NPFL and secondly lot of nigerians have migrated out of this country in the past 20 years so you should expect their kids to identify with nigeria in sports likely and others For example my sister kids talk lot about nigeria each time i talk with them over the phone, their favourite meal they told me is Nigeria jollof rice and they love eba and egusi alot..... this are kids that dont even have a Nigeria passport so tell me should they have the opportunity to identify with nigeria tomorrow they would waste no time to do that Think the discrimination qnd biased sentiments against foreign born players is simply born out of short sightedness and non exposure because we can be in same shoes some day most especially those of us that dont mind relocate out of the country |

nairalandankrah: Osimhen will miss Napoli’s clash against Juventus and four other matches next season
The Nigerian international will potentially miss five league games for the Neapolitans next season following the release of the 2021/2022 Serie A fixtures
The fixtures for next season’s Serie A were released on Wednesday, with the opening round pitting Napoli against Venezia, which will see Osimhen take on Tyronne Ebuehi.
Osimhen is expected to be included in Nigeria’s squad for next year’s Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
The biennial competition holds between January 9-February 6, and that could see Osimhen miss five games if the Super Eagles go all the way...
Osimhen please do your career a favor, forget the nations cup for now! You can't afford a ghost start in your second season at Napoli Where did u come from ? |

The Germany U21 international is set to move to Wolfsburg for a fee of €10m.
Kicker says Nmecha and VfL have already agreed personal terms and Wolfsburg are now in talks With City over a final price.
Nmecha had a previous loan spell with Wolves during the 2019/20 season. He spent last term with Vincent Kompany's Anderlecht.
The 22 year-old won the U21 Euros this summer with Germany, finishing the tournament leading goalscorer. Emeka...Nmecha is no longer eligible for us except the young Nmecha Felix But e papa Bleep up sha... the man nor fit make his kids like Super Eagles for once |

chrisooblog: I kind of get humility's point. Apart from Akpoborie I don't remember too many Nigerian players especially strikers who have done well in the Bundesliga. However as you rightly noted if offers are not coming in from French teams then there's nothing he can do but make do with the cards he has been dealt. I think Taiwo really needs a patient coach who will try and bring out his best footballing traits. Thanks Chris If he cant score inconsistently he needs work on his creative skills then he can get to play as 8 sometimes |

andrew444: One thing you guys should understand that there should be offers from somewhere before someone goes there
As it is now there aren’t offers from the French league for Taiwo and there are German league offers which is far far better than ekuke championship
And what’s wrong with German league for our players ?
Carry iheanacho osimhen go german league now weda dem no go score for fun U are right about the first paragraph but think there were offers from the french league for him Rarely has any of our players score close to 20 goals in a season in the german league Watching the league matches alone makes me loose interest in football except it is bayern or Dortmund playing. |

Lollllz but playing for West Brom will help him score lots of goals. He needs that to build his confidence remember ighalo never scored 10goals a season all his time in spain but in Watford in championship he pulled up 20 goals or more and that marks the beginning of the Ighalo we know |

TheLoneCitizen: The "Understudy to Genk" report also doesn't make sense because for Genk to be ahead of Dutch giants, Feyenoord and PSV, who score loads of goals, they would have promised him significant gametime.
At the detriment of their captain, Dessers. It's a catch-22 for them.
PSV seems the best option, because they will be selling Donyen Mallen I agree with u. This season is for dessers to shine in all honesty he has all going for him thats why i want onauchu to push for a move to lyon because he might miss afcon if he makes a wrong move and one of Terrem, Ike or dessers hit it hard Rohr will be spoiled with choices to make |

You're right with your assertion...somehow the crop of players we currently parade might have change his orientation and the competition oshimen provides would have motivate him too But anyway pray we get one of the crystal palace kid for afcon thats all we desire right now |

Philosopher1979: It's baffling but till tomorrow I don't know why he could not cut it in Monaco. He has everything to succeed. Dribbling skills, assist, goals etc. He even has end product and his stats are good. I believe he can make it in an average team in a top 5 league. Teams like Lorient, Torino, osaduna etc. He needs to go to a higher level. His talent will always attract the attention of teams in top 5 league but the question is can he make it there? The guy does not want competition elsewhere He is simply comfortable in turkey He may not make next afcon and it is a blessing for us still because he brings nothing new to the table unlike when he was in Belgium, he was better and more lethal Like I said the Turkish league didn't improve him |

Meliforme: I don't know how to feel about Tammy's rejection of us, because i can't figure out how he will comport himself if he gets benched for Osimhen. It would have been difficult for him to b benched for oshimen because prior oshimen resurgence tammy would have made the 9 role his...so oshimen would have been faced wit the challenge to unseat him. Well he was never a loss we only need a 10 right now and some good defenders we're good to go |

As it is now Patrick Bamford is ahead of him and didn’t even make the euros ,there is still a Danny ings ,and the worst is I don’t think Tammy have a future at Chelsea under tuchel,so wahala Dey You're right. If he gets the West ham move,he needs to hit the ground running or else he may miss out completely |

TheLoneCitizen: The move doesn't make sense because Dessers is now their captain. Reports in Belgium say he will be an understudy to Dessers.
He is one of the most ambitious Nigerian player of this generation, so I trust he wouldn't settle for less. That Genk coach need to learn how to play 2 strikers at a go If he will be an understudy to Dessers he should look elsewhere then. For Onyekuru i doubt he is that ambitious because i dont wanna see him turkey this season...that league is not improving his football in any way |

The 19-year-old central defender, who was born in Italy but also holds Nigerian nationality, also played on loan at SPAL last season.
His loan spells are expected to allow him enjoy more game time and gain experience.
His contract with Atalanta is till 2024.

In fact, he prefers to remain in Spain and Sevilla have shown the most interest, but do not want to meet Almeria's valuation.
Einthracht Frankfurt and Spartak Moscow both saw their 18 million offers rejected. Krasnodar on the other hand, have never signed a player for more than 12 million. Almeria holding out for 30 million.
Also, Marseille are interested in signing Terem Moffi, but are still far apart in transfer fee.

Philosopher1979: If I was Rohr I will choose Alhassan yusuy over him. He is a fast rising talent who just moved to Royal Antwerp. Onazi is still good but the Lithuanian league is too obscure. I doubt if the onazi of 2013/14 can return. That injury he suffered against France affected him badly. I mean he was bossing a midfield that had Pogba. Matuidu was very wicked and should have been sent off and banned. Again I wonder if the onazi of Lazio can return but for now I will prefer Alhassan yusuf and other younger options. No one is considering onazi at the moment let him enjoy his football |
