Each of these states: Anambra, Abia, Enugu and even Ebony, have multiple modern cities.
Imo state has only Owerri. Because Imo govs Ohakim, Okorocha and Uzodinma do not come from Orlu or Okigwe municipalities, they abandoned the once developing cities - Orlu and Okigwe - to crumble. Small minds in Imo govt house.

That Owerri don gulp all capital devt funds of Imo state and federal govts funds since 1976. No other town in Imo was allowed to see devt. Strange: 11 federal and state housings in Imo all in Owerri. All fed education facilities in Imo, all in Owerri. All federal and state parastatals and ministries in Imo all in Owerri. Yet Owerri no want develop reach like Ikot Ekpene. Why?

The problem with unintelligent people is that they are usually poor and insincere. Railway from Owerri to where in Imo State?
Imo is not like Anambra, for example, where there are bubling cities with government infrastructures and institutions like in Awka, Onitsha and Nnewi where railways can join cities and add to economic development. Imo is not like Abia State of from Aba to Umuahia where railways can connect to improve the economy of both cities. Imo is only Owerri.

I got visa last year to Russia (study visa) I didn't travel because my uncle that was supposed to sponsor me disappointed me my friends that we got visa together they travelled last year they are in Siberia (Tomsk) and they've never said anything bad about Russia they said Russians are nice I have more than 10 friends in Russia and none of them have said anything bad about Russia apart from the language barrier but if you get to speak the language then you are good to go ..

You are right. I stopped reading after I saw that comment about racism and Russian police. I have never been there, but I have two people, one family and another a friend of 14 years.
