BBC Breaking News: Boko Haram Attack Leaves Over 12 Dead In Damboa, Nigeria

Suspected Islamist have opened fire in the north-eastern Nigerian town of Damboa, killing at least 12 people, residents and local officials say.

They say the attack occurred late on Monday, and that the gunmen apparently targeted hunters selling bush meat.

Strict Muslims are forbidden to eat bush meat from animals such as monkeys and pigs,

Militants from the Boko Haram Islamist group have staged frequent attacks in northern Nigeria in recent years.

You have to know each others limitations, strengths and weakness. One good example is in taking risk. Some people are risk averse and others are not. Imagine a couple: One a serious risk taker and the other a risk averse person. Sometimes, the risk taker may have to take some calculated risks before telling. Though he / she has to be careful not to take this to the extreme. On the other hand, it is good to hear the other person's point of view to balance things out. It is usually better to discuss and agree on most things but not every single thing.

Funny but realistic, practical and insightful. Whoever did it got it right even if it looks unconventional. It is about developing practical solutions for real every day problems and not copying and pasting all the time. Kudos to the person who dares to do it differently!

I hate to tell you this but your mom may just be destroying your home under your nose. Put yourself in your wife's shoes and imagine how she feels right now. Doesn't this remind you of the typical "My mother in-law is wicked" cliche? My advise is for you to get your mother in-law to move elsewhere comfortable at least for some time (Maybe with other siblings or something). If this is not possible, you need to talk to her to find out what the beef is all about and then politely INSIST that she stops the attacks on your wife.

afam4eva: I guess we may never get to know what happened on that flight because it seems there are no survivors.

Even if there aren't any survivors, the flight data recorder (aka black box), cockpit voice recorder and comms bw pilots and control center may tell us something. I hope the info is not covered up as I expect international experts will insist on transparency. Besides, the aircraft manufacturer's rep is at stake.
