Pls the issue is that Lagos is supposed to be opening up road. If VGC to Lekki phase 1 new road has been completed,we would have opened up the whole area from Ajah to Lekki. However,LASG were supposed to have constructed the coastal road about 20yrs ago but they didn't and I don't know why?
