lol, no one renders with those softwares again. Because of times it takes to render one view.

Lumion can render 30 views in 3mins. But your computer must have dedicated graphics card.....one gig card minimum fior Lumion to work on it.

hmmm, u cant use Lumion if u are still learning Revit. just like 3D max, Lumion is used for rendering. u must complete the model in revit, then export to Lumion to render.

6. kitchen interior

i got my mum angry recently, she got so angry with me that i didn't know hope to beg her. i remembered she enjoys seeing my drawings, i just hurriedly did this kitchen and told her am converting our kitchen to this.

LOl, she knew i was just joking, but it worked.

5. proposed designs for Oretade estate Ojodu


This is the hallmark of my 2015 so far.

108 apartments, a 35-room hotel, large swimming pool, basket ball court, shopping complex and wonderful landscape.

the day my boss brought this design brief to my desk, i was a bit scared.
But then, i did crazier projects as a student in school.

this estate consists TypeA...Terrace Duplex
TypeB...Blocks of 3 bedrooms flats with BQ
TypeC...One-bedroom flat

what i was able to do here seems like wonders even to my colleagues in the office.
coming up with 5 units in such area of land is amazing. Anyway, we did it.
what drops everybody's jaw in my office is the roof design,.

this is a 3-bedroom duplex with 2 living rooms.

3. Luxurious block of flats.

the construction of this building is currently on-going in Lekki now.
It's owned by our "Oga at the top"

ground and first floors are 3-bedrooms flats while pent floor if 2 bedrooms.
6 flats in all, 12 packing spaces (2 cars for each flat), swimming pool and gym.

started the design with my drawing board , transfered it to Autocad, then did the model with Revit and rendered in Lumion.

2. A design proposal for a Catholic church in Lagos here

handling this project was like a joke. because i'm the only catholic member in my office. When the brief for this design came, i was the only in the office who understood the terminologies they used there. the terminologies were catholic-based. like Grotto, Chapel of perpetual adoration, Sacristy and so on. i was simply asked to start the design.

the main church building consists of basement packing, ground floor (also for packing), first floor and gallery.
The capacity is 950 seats.
On the external, u have the Rev Father's house, school blocks and the Grotto

A friend of mine, who's also a member of this forum, came to our office some days back and persuaded me to show some of my designs here.
I actually didn't accept, but he showed me some 3Ds that have been showcased here by different designers. Please this in anyway does not translate to advert, it's a simply a way of exhibiting these 3Ds, especially to other Architects here.

The drawings am going to upload here are some of the some of works which have defined my 2015 in this profession.
though I did them on behalf of the company I work for, the intellectual copyright, conceptualization and realization are all in my capacity.

1. 3 blocks of detached duplex

these projects were for a popular movie producer (Wont mention his name ). The three buildings are identical from exterior. But their floor plans are different.
The project was executed at Obibi-Ezena, in Imo state. 2 of the buildings belong to brothers who live in south Africa.

Do you know catholic is found in error. - do your research,. e.g. 1. Catholic killed John wycliffe (he was a teacher in roman catholic before he found light) , for trying to translate the bible to english.

It's very amazing that Osibanjo, being a lawyer is also a pastor, knew he was actually lying and deceiving people and yet he continued.

I can understand it when Buhari (an ardent muslim) tells lies and deceives people so as to get their support. In islam, the doctrine of Taqqiya permits them to deceive non-muslims by any means possible to obtain favor or save them frm danger (https://sites.google.com/site/islamicthreatsimplified/taqiya--islam-doctrine-of-deceit-to-further-islam).

but on what ground did Pastor Osibanjo use "Immidiate' in all his promises?
Didn't he know it wasn't feasible?
Was he also practicing Taqqiya?
