Dr Zainab Usman Shinkafi, the Wife of Kebbi State Governor has been changing the lives of people. This remarkable lady has brought happiness and joy to many hearts. She recently embarked on a free medical outreach in Kebbi state.

In a statement, she had this to say '' THIRD FREE MEDICAL OUTREACH BY KEBBI STATE GOVERNMENT. Kebbi state has its third free medical outreach by the Atiku Bagudu administration. The 130 man team of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory scientists, surgeons, dentists, optometrists and other technical staff are drawn from various organizations within and outside the country. The organizations include MOSES LAKE, PRO-HEALTH, I-CARE, UNIVERSITIES OF IBADAN AND PORT HARCOURT.
The team attend to an average of 400 patients daily for 3weeks. These are people with no money, no knowledge, no insurance, no HOPE. The Chief Medical Director, Dr Bature Koko led Her Excellency and her entourage round the hospital today 26th October 2017. It is a common conception that celebrities are well to-do people. If we go by what we see celebrities flaunting on social media, then definitely this perception will always be there. All that glitters in not gold and the reality is that not all celebrities are that rich.
Kannywood Actress Hadiza Gabon is not pleased with the way people beg celebrities on social media. She took to her social media page to address this worrisome trend.
She had this to say ''We've turned social media into a begging place and I'm not talking about raising money for the less privileged. Naaaah I'm talking about people that think just cuz you a celebrity so you have a reservoir of cash. People send you DMs with specific amount they want you to give them, or tell you they need money to fix their phones.
They are neither hungry nor ill they just want money to live a lil large. What happened to kunya? How are you comfortable begging a total stranger for money? Things like this baffle me or maybe I'm just old fashioned ���''

The Buhari Campaign Organisation (BCO) has stated that its members are working round the clock “in order to force President Muhammadu Buhari to seek re-election in 2019.”
Leaders of the group said they were asking Buhari to seek re-election as a result of his, “tremendous achievements in taking Nigeria to a greater height through his agenda, policies and fight against corruption and insurgency.”

National Chairman of the group, Alhaji Danladi Pasali, in an interview with Daily Trust in Jos, yesterday, explained that Buhari’s policies like the Anchor Borrowers under the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) that earmarked N220bn for lending to farmers was a big achievement.
He said that over 2.8m farmers had benefited from the scheme and some of them had built houses for their families and sponsored themselves on pilgrimage.
“Now a lot of our income is coming from the non-oil sector. We have seen what happened in the Customs, where N2 or N3bn was remitted before, but now we are talking of N36bn.
“It is we Nigerians that are saying Buhari must seek a second term,” Pasali said.
