Yes they're ruling the world now by proxy i mean going by their external reserve capacity. America is not immune from them too as i speak. The inscription you see on the train is a deliberate attempt to make sure Nigerians working for them did not understand how those things work for the now,such that their nationals working presently wouldn't be repatriated as soon as the project is completed.
