Andrew has been married for 12 years but his wife, Oby, has been a source of heartbreak for him with her adulterous way of life. What should he do? This sad old man is really worried (Getty Images) "Dear Pulse, My name is Andrew, a 47-year-old man. I have been married to Oby for 10 years now with three lovely children but as it is now, I am not sure I would want to continue living with a woman who is an incurable flirt. I got to know that my wife was adulterous when she was pregnant with our second child when she could give birth naturally. You see, I am from Akwa Ibom State, the Annang speaking area and in my place, it is forbidden for a married woman to sleep with another man. It is called 'Ekpo Nka Awo' and it is a long standing tradition that forbids adultery. Those who know of this tradition would know that it is taken very seriously and if a married woman commits adultery and uses the money she collects from the secret lover to cook for her husband, the husband would die. On the other hand, she would find it difficult to give birth unless she confesses and some sacrifices are carried out. Many think this tradition is barbaric and archaic but it has been there from time immemorial and there is nothing anyone can. So when Oby wanted to give birth, it was a big battle as she was in labour for many days until our people intervened and told her to confess if she had slept with another man and she did. It only after the sacrifice that she was able to give birth. I was devastated but she begged me so much and our families also begged that I should forgive her and I had to succumb, especially because of our children. Even after that, I have heard stories of her infidelity but since I did not catch her at it, I did not take any action until the last straw which has broken the Camel's back. I was out of Lagos for two months to supervise a contract in Abuja but midway into the contract, I was recalled back to Lagos urgently and I did not have time to call my wife and tell her I was coming back. I had to take a night bus to Lagos so that I could get to the office the next day. I got back to town very early, at about 5 am and took a taxi home. When I got home, I went straight to our apartment upstairs and knocked on the door and heard my wife asking who it was and when I told her I was the one, I noticed that she took quite a while to open the door. I walked into the apartment and made straight to the bedroom but she tried to stop me with some silly questions and some delay tactics that did not make any sense to me. In truth, I did not suspect anything but when I walked into the bedroom, someone pushed past me and made to run out of the room. I did not know where the reflex action came over me but I dove straight at the man and caught him as he was about to run out. We started struggling and thinking it was a thief, I screamed and called on other tenants to come out and help me, thinking the person was a thief. Our first son came out of their room when he heard the commotion and put on the light and that was when I realized it was my landlord I was struggling with. He was naked with only a boxer short. I pinned him down as other tenants came out and everyone was shocked at the sight. Some young boys in the compound started slapping him and telling to confess what he was doing in my apartment. While begging us to have mercy on him, my landlord confessed that he had been having an affair with my wife for many months and often sneaked into my apartment to have sex with her whenever I was away. I was so ashamed and could have killed Oby if some men had not held me down. I made sure she packed her things that morning and leave my house. Since then, she has been begging me to forgive her, promising to change and be a good wife and mother but I doubt if I would give her the chance to kill me. Andrew." Dear readers, this is another story of adultery, infidelity, and betrayal of trust. On Morning Teaser today, what would you advise Andrew to do? |
Learning how to satisfy a woman is no easy feat. Finding the center of gravity is about as difficult as getting an answer from your girl when you ask her where she wants to go for dinner. So when it comes to getting down and dirty, decoding her many sounds can be an almost impossible task. Is she faking it? Is she enjoying it? Is she bored and hoping you’re almost finished? Before your next romp in the sheets, take note of these vocal expressions. 1. Heavy breathing This one’s a classic. She may not want to waste energy making actual sounds because she’s so into whatever you’re doing. When her breathing is heavy and rushed, you know you’re a champ. 2. Loud shrieking She’s probably just watching too much P0*n and thinks you like this. In reality, she’s probably faking it and you are now deaf. 3. Low moans Some women just aren’t very vocal and, if they’re shy, this goes double. Sure, you may think she’s forcing out any sort of sound to make you feel good, but trust us, it’s the highest compliment. 4. A weird noise she immediately regrets She’s so into it and has no control over her body anymore, so this just slipped out. This may happen more often than you might think, so be nice. s*x can be awkward sometimes 5. Screaming She might be super into it… or she might be in pain. We think you should be able to tell the difference. If not, ask her if she likes it. 6. Laughing If something awkward happens, like you knock something over or someone hits their head, and she laughs, it’s probably because she’s comfortable with you and she’s enjoying herself. But if she’s just straight giggling the whole time, we can’t help you there. |
The ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, has said that the party knows nothing about President Muhammadu Buhari’s health. The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, made this revelation, on Sunday, in Politics Today, a programme aired on Channels TV. Recall, that the National Chairman of the APC, John Oyegun, had earlier stated that Buhari is recovering from his prolonged illness. Reacting to that, Bolaji said: “We must confess that we know nothing about Buhari’s health. We have no information, and the party cannot tell Nigerians about the President’s health. He added: “Nobody can tell you about his present state of health, that is just the fact.” |
Reason Tonto Dikeh’s marriage failed: Sources close to the controversial actress states that she moved out of her husband’s house to be free to frolic with her Lesbian Partner @Yutee1 (the one with the black hair in this collage) where they are showing off their new found love with matching dresses and picture poses in the same spot. Sources further claimed that she helped her move out of her husband’s house when her husband was out of town. And bought her cloths and others gifts. She told her about life too that marriage was not necessary. In Yutee’s words “we can be fucking and I will take good care of you”…The said Yutee Lady is a married lady in Abuja who was recently involved in a lesbianism scandal about how she pays to sleep with single girls in Abuja. We all are also aware of the fact that Tonto is bi-sexual. This brings us to how she keeps praising her partner; Yutee “I left my house with nothing,Yutee gave me clothes, money and shelter till I got an apartment; right now I owe it all Yutee, she has been my life saver”. In the same interview where she told us she’s born again but forgot to tell us about her sizzling romance with Yutee. It’s confirmed that Tonto is officially back to the Drugs and Lesbianism Life which was one of the reasons she fled her matrimonial home. They had since been smoking together and practicing lesbianism in Tonto’s matrimonial bed at every opportunity when her ex-husband travels out. Kokun is just a pun in their ( Tonto and yutee’s) plan to take of public attention from their atrocities and gross misconduct as married women shamefully engaging an amorous affair with one another. Unapologetic show off shame is what this looks like but you can only hide…And that too is for a matter of time. This Tea Was From A Source Close To The Two Lovebirds. Need I remind these lovers that Lesbianism Carry’s 14 years imprisonment sentence according to the Criminal Code Of Nigeria. |

My dear Victor, 1. For some time now, you and I have been discussing the circumstances that have led to the current and inevitable disintegration of what was the Federation of Nigeria. We have been fully convinced that the aim of the Hausa/Fulani complex has ever been, and will ever remain, the total domination of every other part of what was known as the Federation of Nigeria. It is impossible to forget that the crisis which led to the army take over in January 1966, the coup of the Northern soldiers led by Gowon in July 1966, the wholesale and indiscriminate massacre of the people of what is now Biafra- and, to a less degree, the people of the Mid-West and West, including the Yorubas, were all the direct result of Hausa/Fulani attempt to subjugate and use as tools, the gallant people of Western Nigeria namely the Yorubas. We do not need to remind ourselves of the heavy losses in life and property suffered by the Yoruba people in their fight for justice and freedom during 1965. 2. Sharing.our belief that the people of Yorubaland have a right to live a life of equality and self-respect and justice free of domination and dictatorship from any quarter, you have both identified with the cause of the Biafra struggle for survival and expressed your determination to see the people of Yorubaland freed from Hausa/Fulani domination. We, the people of Biafra, for our part are willing and have decided to give you and the people of Yorubaland every assistance to achieve your aim. 3. After clearing the whole question with my Executive Council, I, as the Commander in Chief of the Biafran Armed Forces, have decided to place at your disposal Biafran forces, for the liberation of Yorubaland on the following clear conditions:- (i) You will have nothing to do with the Military Administrator in the Mid-West Territory during your sojourn there prior to your move to the West. (ii) The willingness and preparedness of Biafra to assist any part of the former Federation of Nigeria wishing and willing to liberate itself from the Hausa/Fulani domination, does not in anyway whatever imply any inclination on her part to compromise her sovereignty or preserve what remains of the defunct Federation of Nigeria. In other words, our sovereignty and break with Nigeria is irrevocable. Nothing must, therefore be said or done by you or any member of the Liberation Army to give a contrary impression. (iii) Biafra is determined to maintain and safeguard her sovereignty and ensure that her integrity and safety are never again threatened. (iv) Biafran troops will, after the liberation of the Yorubaland, remain in that territory only for as long as we in Biafra consider it necessary for the Yorubas to consolidate their position and sovereignty against any external threat. (v) On the liberation of the Yorubaland, you will be appointed as the Military Governor of that territory. (vi) The liberation of Western Nigeria will be a prelude to the liberation of all Yorubas up to the River Niger and the severance of all connections between the West and the North at Jebba. (vii) During the period of Biafrans troops’ presence in your territory, all political measures, statements or decrees shall be subject to the approval, in writing by myself or on my authority. (viii) Should our troops arrive and liberate Lagos, the government of the Republic of Biafra reserves the right to appoint a Military administrator for the territory. Such an Administrator will remain in office until a merger of that territory with Yorubaland is effected by Biafran troops. (ix) As soon as possible after your appointment as the Military Governor of Western Nigeria and separation of that territory from Nigeria, you and I must meet to discuss: (a) the duration of stay of Biafran troops in your territory; (b) the areas and subjects of cooperation between the liberated sovereign states of Western Nigeria, or by what name it may call itself, and Biafra. 4. I do not need to remind you that Biafra regards all Yoruba as friends. As such everything should be done, to ensure the minimum force and loss of life are involved in achieving the objective of liberation. 5. It is essential, in order to avoid misunderstanding or confusion, that all subsequent requests for support be formally made to me by you in writing. 6. Will you please signify in writing, your acceptance of the above conditions so that you may leave for Western Nigeria and lead the army of liberation. Yours very sincerely, signed Lt. Col. Odumegwu Ojukwu, Military Governor and Commander in Chief of Biafran Armed Forces. culled from " A Break in the Silence : Lt. Col. Victor Adebukunola Banjo, pp.66-68, by F. “O Igbo arise! O Igbo arise! O Igbo arise! Let the chains of subjugation be broken, let the yoke of slavery be shattered and let the shackles of servitude fall. For the voices of your ancestors and your dead are calling. The voices of your slaughtered children wail, scream and screech through the night and they shed whimpering and pitiful tears through the day. They call for justice and vengeance that their souls may be appeased and that they may find peace and eternal rest. For they were slaughtered in their millions by the barbarians and infidels and they were butchered like cattle in the sanctity and privacy of their churches and homes. They cry for Biafra. They cry for the land of the rising sun. They cry for the memory of the fallen and those that stood like men to defend their honor. They cry for the pitiful souls of the chidren yet unborn. Heed their cry and honor their sacrifice. Forget not the land of the rising sun. Forget not Biafra. Forget not the slaughtered millions and those that were cut short in the prime of their infancy”- ‘The Land Of The Rising Sun’, Femi Fani-Kayode, May 30th 2017. Bra is an abbreviation of the word “brazier.” A bra is worn to support the br**sts, provide modesty and increase the sense of security a women feels. It temporarily affects the shape of the br**sts, such as uplifting them to create a cleavage. In the 1930s, a boyish look was fashionable, so bras were worn to flatten the chest. For larger women, it also provides welcome control. However, there has been a strong dialogue about the harmful effects of wearing a bra, especially during sleep. Restlessness Wearing a bra can be irritating for some women at the best of times, so sleeping could enhance this feeling. Women who sleep on their back may feel the bra catch press into their skin, causing discomfort. An underwire bra could also dig into the underside of the chest tissue, causing scratching or red grooves. The effect of these problems is waking through the night and continuous discomfort. Weakened Ligaments Although support is a primary reason to wear a bar, it can actually be adverse to a woman’s health. The br**sts do not develop strong ligaments because they do not take the weight of their own load. Therefore, br**sts can sag more if a bra is constantly worn. If the bra is worn both day and night, the br**sts do not have the opportunity to use the ligaments at all, and this worsens the problem. Cancer The book “Dressed to Kill,” published in 1995, suggested that a bra inhibits lymphatic drainage, increases chest temperature and levels of prolactin. Consequently, the authors Singer and Grismaijar proposed that this increases the risk of a woman developing cancer. However, Louise Brinton at the National Cancer Institute suggests this is not a viable, scientific explanation because it is does not relate to endogenous hormone levels that are associated with cancer. Therefore, although disputed, some thinkers believe that wearing a bra contributes to cancer, and wearing it all the time would increase this risk. Excess Sweat Being sweaty is a side effect of wearing a bra to bed. The extra material and padding stifles the air flow around the skin and consequently can make a woman abnormally hot and sweaty. This can cause itching and discomfort to the wearer. Women who do sleep in a bra should make sure it is made from a breathable fabric like cotton |
