I think this depends on how dire your situation is and the efficacy of the training you intend to get.
If the training is efficient enough and you really require tutoring, probably because you'll find it difficult to study alone, then I suggest you go ahead. And as you spit out this money, I believe you'll put in the required effort so it doesn't become a waste.
Then you should access yourself to know how much training you require and which of the payment plans is affordable to you.

Is better you write those exam to know your score so that you know where to launch your net.

if you want Msc you write both GRE and TOEFL but check your school admission requirement to know which one they want.

if your grade is not even great for admission and you want to boost your profile , that would be GRE for sure not TOEFL ............. TOEFL is an english proficiency test . Quote from Google : GRE is used to determine how prepared a test-taker is for graduate-level coursework, while the TOEFL measures English language skills.

There still time for both spring and fall 2019 , although fall has more funding opportunities ... The decision of which to apply is you that has to determine that

You're very much eligible for Fall19, and writing GRE and TOEFL is dependant on your choice schools, although I hear it's advisable you take them to improve your chances. Concerning funding, I'm not well-versed but I believe there's a school for you and they make an all-round review of applications. I mean your GPA, GRE, TOEFL, recommendations, statement of purpose, etc.

post graduate diploma is for the UK
You don't need a second degree considering your age;
Get your transcript evaluated using www.wes.org
Ace the GRE;
Search for school's that admit with minimum cpga of 2.50 and above

I intend applying for masters in business administration (but I'm worried cause it has nothing to do with my field which is quality surveying ) I was forced to duty qs cause that was what university gave me , I'm worried it will affect my visa process cause of changing to business Administration

Plz I only have a few institution which I recently check using Google Search. Kindly help me with a list or website where I can start from or recommend some for me
Lastly should I go ahead with business administration or should I choose a course related to quantity surveying cause I don't want to make mistakes.

Do you really want to go to grad school? I see no mention of a proposed course of study, or schools you are looking at.

One thing I will tell you is that loads of people going for undergrad do this themselves..I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to as a graduate-the process is not complicated. I never support the use of agents or anything like that;they can put false information on critical application documents which can land you a ban..of course after enjoying your money. My advice? continue reading through the thread. You'll get a hang of it.

Hi all, I have been a silent reader of this thread, and to be honest it's been really helpful at the same time Confusing cause their are lots of vital information to grap and dijest. I graduated with a 2.2 GPA in quantity surveying I'm currently rounding up my nysc in a few months time, I intend to do my masters in the US , but I don't know where to start from.


Should I start with registering for GRE or TOEfl because of my low GPA before proceeding for admission processes (which I don't even know where to start from) .
I was thinking of preparing very well for the exams (that is if I register for the exam) in other to get a scholarship (if I A's the courses ).

A friend told me about an agent whose job is getting admission for students in the US, according to him the guy is legit cause he has been doing such business for years, should I pay him to help me get admission or should I do it myself?

Just as someone said in part 12 of this thread " if you don't give it a try you will never know.
I intend to give my all in other to make this work.

With the situation in this country I think I really need to travel out of this country. I'm a graduate although no job yet but I have a business of my own which have helped me save some money, pls how do I go about it? Will student visa do? Or visiting visa? But who I'm i visiting sef?

I never believed what Nigerians were saying about sars not until I had an experience yesterday at the filling A.Y. M station along airport road Sabon lugbe Abuja,

My mum is a trader, she sent me to buy her kerosine from the filling station Worth#10,000 I decided to use that opportunity to buy diesel that I will use my business too,

After buying everything, I was waiting for a cap to take me home , immediately I stopped one , i loaded my kero and diesel everything I bought worth #11,500 immediately the driver was about to move this sarz guys only 2 of them with a private vehicle came from no where and blocked us, open the boot took away the kero and diesel , they put them inside thier vehicle a golf,

I approached them to know what I have done wrong, they could not give me any reason, this man was busy looking around to know if anyone was watching without even replying me, he then finally told me walk away , I refused, he brought out his cane, or koboko to flog me , I had to retreat, and they left,

I was able to find a police officer who said he will help recover them, we followed immediately after 5 minute we saw them and stopped them,

This sarz refused to release my goods and threatened to shoot the officer, he said and I quote" don't try me I am sarz, I'm only respecting you because you an officer don't make me shoot you."
I noticed that the driver they used was not an officer because throughout what happened, he never came out for once, in fact he was looking like someone under arrest.
I thought thier was hope for this country, now I totally give up, I got robbed by some people who are supposed to be protecting me.

Singing holy songs in the dreams is really a good one. Reading your post, I feel that God has something very good for you and wants you to COME BACK TO HIM ....but....there is a very big challenge. How do you get to do what God wants you do when you didn't remember what he asks you to do? You should pray for clarity and rebuke the demons that make you forget what songs you sang in your dreams.

Again, singing holy songs in dreams is fantastic and a good sign too, but you need to rebuke the obscurity encounter along the line (forgetting the songs). You can understand God better if you can know or even write down the lyrics of the songs: are they songs warning you of imminent danger? One asking you to TAKE ACTION? One telling you what PATH to take to get THERE? One that informs you that God has ANSWERED your last night prayer? One REBUKING of having bitterness against someone? You should know the lyrics of the songs. Shalom.
