The cars you mentioned are okay but I read where the person says he would like to use it for uber sometimes . So in my own opinion thos one you mentioned are not situatable for uber ...but good for personal use . Ensure the benz had original catalyst if you are buying it tokunbo ..

For me, i try to avoid 1st years of any car Generation, to avoid the teething problems that usually accompany them, and which are usually subsequently handled via updates in coming years .. The ones that can be fixed in 1st year vehicles are done via recalls which the specimen you buy might or might not have gotten, while other more complicated problems can only be sorted out in subsequent years of that vehicle generation.

The 2013 accord is the 1st of the 9th Generation Honda Accord which spans from August 2012-2017

I am not saying that all 1st years of any vehicle Generation are problematic.. It's still very possible to get a perfectly working 1st year vehicle.. But to have a good shot at a good specimen of 9th Generation Accords that has most recall issues fixed and updates, consider the 2015 Accord and above.


NB: I don't own and have never owned a 2013 Accord or any accord of its Generation...But I used to own a 2010 Accord V6 that was for all intents and purposes, a very reliable vehicle.. ..

Please I want to buy my fourth car next week but I am between 2012 Toyota Highlander or 2012 Lexus ES350 or 2014 Honda Accord but the reasons I am confused about these cars are that I don't know which is more fuel sufficient and less cost for spare parts and less prone to car theft. With your budget, Don't go for Nigeria Used but u may regret. With your budget, u can get good tokunbo of d car advised to u above.
Note: For any Tokunboh u want to purchase, make sure u do comprehensive report. The report will give u, number of owners that have used d car, wheda its accident car or flood car. This report is very important so that u will not buy lemon car or scrab as tokunboh . U can contact Nairaland‎ CarGuide here to help u check report by sending VIN to him. He help me to get d report of most of my car and its rarely I visited mechanics cos I got a good car. I rest my case.

Try Toyota Camry is good. Like you said, you bought it Nigerian used, we lack good maintenance culture down here. It probably may have been greatly abused.

I use Honda Accord and I love it. It is a case of proper maintenance. If you use original parts, you won't have problem.

My next will probably be 2013/15 accord.

What year of Honda Accord do you use please?
And what do you think of Accord 2010?

Good afternoon Men in the house. Please I need your candid advice on what automatic car to buy in this 2023 that has fuel efficiency, cheap to maintain, novice user friendly as I don’t know much about cars and one I won’t find it hard to get the spare part if needs arise.
Mind you my first car was Toyota Camry 2003 and I bought it Nigerian used last two years. The car nearly killed me after fixing and fixing it I had to sell it off. Now I have trauma for Toyota cars and I don’t want any Toyota car at all. I would have loved a Honda vehicle but I’m scared because of the news I hear about the leg pulling so please house advise me on which Tokumbo car to buy next as my budget is between 3 to 4 m. Thanks

A notice can be issued even when the rent is still subsisting but it must be timed to rhyme on the eve of the rents expiration, which in this case should be on the eve of feb 02 2018, if there was no tenancy agreement bw both of them as to how long the notice will be then tenancy laws applies which is 6months for a yearly tenant.
Remember 6months notice only applies if there was no express agreement bw both parties in writing as to how long the notice will be.
So d landlords timing of d duration of the notice is wrong cos the notice should hv been from sept.
Notice to quit means the landlord wants or has the intention to initiate an action in the court to evict a tenant
Quit notice means the court hv already passed a judgment to evict a tenant.
Dont believe the position of a gen warrants enuf justification to evict a tenant unless mayb to prevent structural damage,
