I need guidance on how to get admission into German university and going through the Visa application processes.

I graduated from the University with 2:2 degree in Industrial Chemistry, but with the Nigerian situation I don't have much field experience in the subject.

I need advises on the following:

1. Favorable School to drop my application with in
Germany?
2. How to apply?
3. Documents and fees involved in the admission
process?
4. Documents and fees involved in the Visa application
processing?
5. And other necessary information?

I didn't receive medical mail..... That is I am confused!

I did undergraduate Chemistry, But work in an Hotel (Family Business),
Applied to Seneca for Graduate Cert Program in Global Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Above is the reply I got after I have submitted my application at the visa office in lekki on the 31st of March. I was expecting a notification to go for medical exam through e-mail or other means but I this instead. Could this mean my application has been approved or otherwise? Anybody here to tell me what to expect

Please I have a Masters degree but my GPA is around 2.89, can I apply for an MPhil degree in Nigeria? and in which university can I apply to in the event of the possibility.
