I dont know why Nigeria will still have brown roofa in every region of the country.
Ibadan has the highest number of brown roofs in Nigeria even as developed as they are.
Govt can give everybody 5 years to change to modern roofs else their houses will be confiscated and sold to whoever can afford them(of course,it is just a threat!).You will see half or more of those brown roofs will disappear within the 5 years.The govt can then give another 2,3 years for those who have not done so.Even markets or any building at all should not have brown roofs.
It really pisses me off when I watch other countries look so beautiful,clean and attractive and Nigeria still looks like hell hole because of the dumbness of leadership.Hanging clothes and dirty things outside buildings should be an offence.Even Abuja has brown roofs.
